I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist and Bowen therapist with 24 years of experience; specializing in pain relief. Craniosacral and Bowen therapy can help you get to the root of the pain and get rid of it! Both techniques are very safe and effective. I work with all ages and a wide variety of discomforts: TMJ, back/​neck/​shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis and anything and everything in between. Craniosacral and Bowen therapy utilize the body’s innate, self-​correcting mechanisms to eliminate pain. You CAN get your body back to the way it was before ‘life hit!’

Established in 1991.

I started doing massage therapy at a very young age. I soon discovered the endless amount of pain relief techniques available! I have always had a passion for learning the latest and greatest techniques. It wasn’t until I learned Biodynamic Craniosacral and Bowen therapy that I really felt like I had a complete ‘toolbox’ to truly eliminate pain.
