Specialties
We have the best BBQ in St. Louis. All of our meat is smoked fresh daily, so there may be times when we run out. We recommend calling ahead to see if we still have what you are interested in. We offer spare ribs, beef brisket, pulled pork, turkey breast, half chickens, bratwursts, salads, cheeseburgers, bbq nachos, and porksteaks on Fridays and Saturdays. All of our sauce is made in house and served on the side, we have nothing to cover up!
History
Established in 2008.
Owner Ben Busby and his son Kyle have created a hidden treasure in Cahokia. The restaurant is built from wood that was salvaged from a 100 year old barn. Inside you will find many different old time trinkets, farm supplies, signs, and of course, saw blades. The restaurant name comes from an old family sawmill business and some of the old saw blades from that business can be found hanging inside and out. An expanded outdoor seating area is currently being completed.

Kyle B.
Manager
Kyle has always wanted to own a restuarant, and 2 years ago his dad gave him the opportunity. Kyle is a 2001 graduate from Columbia High School and has helped manage the other family businesses until the restaurant opened 2 years ago. Kyle puts all of his passion into the meat he smokes. He is very picky on what he will serve, only the best quality ingredients are allowed. Most days you will find Kyle in the kitchen, but in his limited spare time he enjoys 4 wheeling and going out to eat at other local restaurants with his wife.
