I have a Chevy Cruze and luckily I have the two year maintenance deal which basically gets me two oil changes and a tire rotation w/o $ out of my pocket. 9÷8÷15 was my 2nd visit to this location. The first time involved the aforementioned tire rotation w/oil change. I was bummed that they don’t wash the car after doing the service– I’ve been to dealerships in CA that did that so I guess I was spoiled even if it wasn’t the best, it was better than nothing. The employees I encountered were nice and away I went confident that they had done a good job. I marked the tires so I could tell if they did indeed perform the rotation and they did. My second visit wasn’t what I was hoping for– I showed up a few minutes before my 10 am appt. I like that they have a tv but after the first hour, I was growing frustrated. 90 minutes for an oil change is unacceptable esp. when I had an appt. I overheard the service lady telling the guy in front of me that they were down the head mechanic and three others along w/the service manager. I was concerned when hearing this but she was very apologetic and assured me that the work was done correctly. Since she apologized and having worked somewhere myself that was short staffed and running the show alone– I understand the stress and frustration she must have felt. She’s a sweet lady– I hope her day is much better today!
