I was on my way to Rochester for the weekend when my car died and needed a new transmission. The car was over 10 years old and I opted to salvage the car instead. After being consulting with my mechanic back home, he said I should be able to get about $ 500 for the car. I called two other salvage places and was offered basically nothing. (I am a single woman and I think they assumed I knew nothing about cars.) I called Bob at Dillions and he offered me $ 500 for the car, went and picked it up that day and said I could just mail him the title when I was able to. Super easy, and GREAT customer service!
