Decided to call this place after reading the only two reviews. I needed to have a pulley replaced on my 2008 Toyota Sienna and was leaving in two days to drive 1100 miles to Florida. I checked online to get pricing on what it should cost called and spoke to the manager and got their price and scheduled an appt for the next day. I couldn’t have been happier with taking my car there. They were friendly and low cost but NOT low quality. The price I saw online to fix the pulley local was between $ 118-​$ 280. They only charged me $ 10 above the lowest cost with no haggling. After my great experience my parents have begun to take their vehicles here also. They have been nothing but honest and upfront with all of us. If your looking for that small town auto place who won’t steal your money or take advantage of you this is the place!

I’ve been going to Pro Auto for car repairs for at least 10 years, and throughout all that time, I’ve never been disappointed or felt like I was taken to the cleaners. Mike and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous and very honest. A few times when I’ve taken my vehicle in for what I thought were necessary repairs, Mike convinced me that they weren’t needed yet. He could have just taken my money, but instead put customer service and long-​term loyalty first. I would gladly recommend Pro Auto to anyone who is looking for an honest, competent and fairly priced auto service.
