History

Established in 1987.

Mercantile Property Management Corp was started in 1987 by Craig J. McGowan. Over the past 25 years, Craig has offered clients the highest level of service in the industry by assisting in developing long term management plans. Through the use of proper management plans, it has been a mission of Mercantile Property Management to guide our clients to financial stability and reserve funding to minimize unnecessary special assessments. With the growing demand for our higher level of quality services, we have expanded our services to the South Shore area. We look forward an opportunity to build a long term relation with new clients as well as maintaining our current relationships with our clients for many more years.
