IMNAHA Guard Station Cabin

Creepy and cool! Peaceful and serene.
It was an interesting drive out to the cabin, turns into a deep backwoods dirt road, but accessible by all vehicles. There’s a fresh water pipe out front as well as a picnic table and fire pit. There’s also a small trail that leads to a really neat little spring/​stream. Going farther up the hill, you can visit a haunted little stable of sorts. The cabin itself is very cozy, has that genuine «alone in the woods» feel where nobody can hear you scream, ha! The couch pulls out into a futon, it was a decent sleep. There’s also one bed room with a queen (?) bed. Didn’t do any cooking in the kitchen, but there is a gas hookup that might need to be turned on.
Overall, a very peaceful and relaxing experience. Great option for spending a night on the way out to Crater Lake. Reservations required.
