I had appt a week prior to surgery. Weighed in at 168. Day of surgery, unbeknownst to me, someone listed me at 172+. Details are important for anesthesia. Nurse Susie was in my room checking me in on computer. Pages of yes/no questions which I saw and waited for her to ask. She answered them all herself. I have no idea what her answers were. Time to start IV. Susie looked at left arm. I tell her no one has ever got a vein in my left arm. She replies I listen to you cuz u know more about your body. I tell her my right hand looks good but veins collapse and will she let me warm my hands under warm water. She has never heard of warming hands up!!! She picks being up from thumb. She is the WORST! Then says«thats the most painful spot». Why in the hell would you go there FIRST! I knew after meeting Rebecca then Susie that I was at a training facility with no training going on. In surgery I am asked is there any thing they should know since I will be on my stomach. I start to tell them not to turn my head to the left but idiot knocked me out in middle of sentence. Effing assholes here. ZERO attention to detail. Latex burns my skin. They wrote BLOODBLISTERS. Not the same! My meds are listed incorrectly and even has me on a med called JEWISHHOSPOFNEWJERSEY. WTH??? Morons.

I spend a lot of time here for some health conditions I have, and I really couldn’t ask for a better experience. Everyone who works there is so friendly — they really make my infusions something to look forward to. I schedule all my appointments at the infusion center early in the morning on weekends, because there are hardly ever other patients there at that time. The rooms they do the infusions in have these massive, comfy chairs, and flat screen tv with cable. Being in such a lovely environment makes the time fly! Hats off to you guys — keep it coming!
