Shana M.

Business Owner

Shana is the owner and also the head baker at The Arrogant Bean Coffee House & Sweets. She has been baking family recipes and creating new ones for the past 15 years. She has a passion for homemade, preservative free food and wanted to create a local place to serve her goodies to the community. She uses fresh local ingredients whenever possible and bakes everything fresh daily right in her store. And her coffee and Espresso Drinks are made from Fair Trade Organic Peruvian Beans.
