Casanova’s Outdoor Adventure Store

Anyone considering buying anything from these guys should stop and reconsider. A recent purchase of 2 items, resulted in one of the items being sent that was according to the manufacture of the product to be over 15 yrs old. The product was dried out, and Casanova when contacted via email there advice was to add water to the product. As the product contains petroleum distillate, I knew that advice was wrong. Contact with the manufacture confirmed the no water advise, and advised that this company had not bought any of this product since 2010″. Casanova then stayed that they had sent emails advising the product was sold at a reduced price because it was outdated. They did not. Documented this entire process for future reference. Will never do any business again with this company. Strongly advise against any business transactions. Be aware that www.

I would however strongly advise that the manufacture of the product is very good to do business with. Trondak inc, located in Washington state was awesome.
