AJ’s Pizza

Just ordered from a place that knows how to do it. Got the grilled chicken salad from Anthony Franco’s and it’s great. AJ’s can learn a lesson. See the photo to learn AJs.

I ordered chicken tomesto which is delish! At least that is what I thought I ordered. I had it many times at my sisters. I guess I could have ordered chicken pisano… it was a hectic day.
My husband picked it up, and it was the wrong dish. I called and they rushed it to my house in West Milford within an hour-​no charge. The guys on the other end were so nice and the delivery guy was even nicer! They saved a tween party… they would have never eaten the chicken with peppers and onions. It worked out well… I love peppers and onions. Their pizza is even better!

AJ’S pizza is our absolute favorite pizza place to order from. The pizza is so delicious and their sides are great too. Almost never disapoints us — sometimes when we order the food might taste a little different than usual or there isn’t as much buffalo popcorn chicken or calamari or something. But almost every time it’s absolutely deliciously perfect. We order from there a lot it’s really good.

Wow just ordered from AJ’s Pizza for the first time last night and I was so happy with the meal. A bunch of us ordered pasta and a few of the boys decided to grab a few fat sandwiches and a large pie. The penne vodka was so good and gave you the option of adding peas and prosciutto for a small charge but it was banging. The sauce was delicious and even better when I dipped my garlic bread in it. My friend decided on gnocchi with alfredo sauce and loved it. The phat sandwiches looked awesome but I definitely have to be in the mood to eat one of those bad boys, they are packed with everything from fries and chicken fingers to onion rings and mozzarella sticks. The boys seemed to really enjoy the pizza leaving me with only a bite to sample so its safe to say they liked it. We will definitely be trying more of what AJ’s has to offer !

I absolutely love this place. Number one thing I love about AJ’s is that they use clean cutters to cut my pizza (Kosher). First time I came here was few years back. The food is ALWAYS good, and the service is OUTSTANDING. I seriously feel like I have made friends with the staff and we are genuinely happy to see one another. Thank you AJs for always making my dinner special. Too bad I don’t live in Jersey anymore. California is missing AJ’s pizza!

Great place, love the pizza and they always get my order correct. I have been ordering from AJ’s for the last few months and have yet to be disappointed.

Bloomingdale residents should boycott Aj’ s pizza until their drivers stop speeding around our neighborhood. Daily, their drivers fly down van dam going about 60, while looking down at their phone

house salad = iceberg lettuce, some olives, one hot pepper, 1 tiny slice of provolone couple of slivers of carrot, just enough dresing to dress half the salad = 6.50? time to find a new place.

Lost my order when I placed an order online «due to the rush» they apologized… They also just lost another customer… Too much competition in the area to let this happen… Pizza wasn’t that good to begin with…

Really love the food but will never go back because the owner is so abusive to his workers. He’s been verbally abusive to his drivers in front of customers. So intolerable. What a shame. Get help dude.

We ordered from AJs for years almost every week then we started having problems with this one delivery guy and when we tried to talk to who we thought was the owner we were treated like we were liars so we stopped ordering that was almost 4 years ago They have a new place open in Pompton Plains we’re gonna give that place a chance let’s hope that guy isn’t delivering for that place now all I know is the pizzas were starting to seem like they were being thrown together in this location ! With all the pizzerias around you think they’d treat the customers better

Pizza is ok. They put jalapeño peppers in their mussels which is so bizarre and unappetizing. Delivery times usually estimated at 45 minutes have taken up to 2 hours.

Uh oh. Kiss of death for AJs. Been my go to place for the past two months and loving them. Called tonite for my Friday night pie and got a busy signal for 30 minutes so assume they took the phone off the hook. Finally got through and there was a 90 minute delivery time. Good to see a place do well but tonight’s the turning point for them. Either step up production and delivery or people will get annoyed and will stop calling. I’ll give it one more try but if you can’t serve me will be the last time, a pizza place that can’t handle Friday night in jersey is doomed to fail.

Everyone is super nice. They seem to be the only pizzaria that can get a sandwich correct the way I order it. Always delivered when they tell you it will be there. Pizza is excellent, cheese steaks are great. The owner was also generous enough to donate to my daughters preschool.

I don’t know if this place fell off or they’re just giving up but it’s not what it used to be.
I just ordered a buffalo chicken sub with lettuce, tomato, blue cheese and hot sauce and all I received was chicken cutlet on a roll with blue cheese. Really disappointing; the last time I order from there for sure.

The pizza is good. Waiting 2 hours with 2 hungry kids for one pepperoni pizza and feeding them yogurt and leftovers instead bc they can’t estimate time is not good.

The only place to get pizza ! Fast friendly service. delivery people are nice… people taking order on the phone are nice.

We moved back to NJ from 3 years in FL and we’re very excited to have some good pizza. Well AJs had come to our complex for someone else so we figured let’s try it. As I was not crazy impressed with their pizza it was not bad.
Well every Thursday is our order out night and so it’s usually between AJs or Chinese. AJs was usually always winning as didn’t know what else was good around here. We liked to try new things. Well the last couple weeks it got more and more disappointing. I ordered fries with gravy and cheese as I’ve done at least 2 other times without incident but they were terrible. I figured it was a bad day. Another week order potato skins and they were burnt. Again gave them benefit of the doubt.
At one point my husband went in to pick up which is not normal and the man was screaming at his employees. So loud and mean my husband was embarrassed.
Well last night was my last straw. I call in my order a simple buffalo chicken salad with romaine, a sandwich, french fries, slices pizza and potato skins. Well first thr woman on the phone gave me 1 price which was not the price when the delivery got here. Then only HALF my order was there. So thr delivery guy says he would be quick. So now I have half my food. So comes back with other half and my salad does NOT have romaine. Ok I really don’t ask for much as I do not think this was hard. But was definitely the end for me. Sorry AJs but too many mistakes in the short time I’ve been back especially since it was a weekly thing for us. We will be finding a new place.

Never ordering from here again. Pizza is cold and tastes like dough is not baked enough! Had sicilian pizza from here before and that was awful… I’m officially done

Excellent catering at excellent prices. Always delivery in a nice neat easy to serve container. When ever I have company I order a few half trays from them and it is always delish!
