hired to clear clogged pipe. although the problem was solved, it was not without unacceptable issues. almost left without completely fixing. glad i checked everything first. once fixed, paid, and gone… found mess left in basement form repair. also used homeowner’s shop vac, while working. seems like a high bill for such unprofessional service to me. is clean-​up not included anymore?!
