scam. I paid for Express 2^nd day shipping and my order shipped UPS Ground. When I called to complain the customer service apologized and gave me the 7.00 difference between ground ups and 2^nd day. I was placed on hold and when she returned she asked me how I knew it was shipped Ground vs 2^nd day. If this shipped to the person who’s gift it was for (as I normally do) I would not have seen the label myself to read the words UPS GROUND and would have never known I PAID a premium for 2^nd day when they actually shipped it ground. VERY sketchy! I did tell the customer service rep that it said UPS Ground in both my email and on the shipping label. She thanked me and said she will speak to the shipping manager. Honestly the shipping charges should have been completely credited for good faith but it was not.
Also the fluted Champagne glasses the personalization is extremely small and not proportionate to the height of the glasses, I was told due to the delicate glass they could not make the print any larger.

This business is horrendous and I recommend staying as far away as possible! Quite honestly, they do not even deserve one star! I ordered a canvas picture for my daughter’s birthday and it arrived so dark you cannot even see who is in the picture! It almost looks all black! The writing is so small that you cannot see it without glasses on! I called immediately and was told to email a pix of it which I did right away. I received an email back saying there is nothing they will do about it! They did not even offer to make another one with a different picture on it! This was a huge waste of $ 45 on something that cannot be given to my daughter and will be thrown away. Shame on them and stay away from this horrendous business!!!

I had several packages stolen from my front porch and personalization mall was one of them. There were 3 different companies from the packages taken that day. This company was the only one that would not credit nor replace the stolen items. They told me to take it up with the police station and my home owners insurance. That’s absolutely absurd! For a «supposed» top notch Google company, this is horrible customer service! I’m now out of $ 70 and nothing I can do about it. Like it wasn’t bad enough to have everything stolen in the first place but to not even have the company help in any way possible. Absolutely the worst! The other companies credited or replaced the items with no questions asked. they should take some customer service classes! No wonder they have horrible reviews!

I don’t see why people have had such a hard time with this store, but I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Gentlemen out there need to take notes! This store is probably the most romantic shop out there, when dropping your paycheck at Tiffany’s is out of the question. They offer so many cute romantic items. I’ve purchased customized pillows, a really romantic desk paperweight, and other items, all personalized with our anniversary date and names, reducing my significant other to tears practically. The items are perhaps a little pricey, but you can certainly catch deals and discounts from time to time. I am a definite fan of this store, and it’s a great way for you guys out there to stay off the couch, or to get some of that special loving, if you catch my drift.

Bought the personalized beach chair doormat. The personalized lettering was fine but the rest of the image is blurry. Will never order from them again. Plus, it is 4 days after we placed the order and now the item is 30% cheaper than what we paid.

Gorgeous designs, brilliant products and superb quality!!! For everything personalized, I shop at Personalization Mall. Highly recommend.

wow — I wish read these reviews first — Very poor image quality — I’ve several image items over the years with VistaPrint and Café which always come out very clear. This company is
must use inferior equipment. When I called to let them know I was told it was a problem on my end and they offered a 30% discount on another item. They take zero responsibility for the very poor items they send out. Do not use this company!

I never leave reviews and even made and downloaded this app just so I could. I ordered 3 things for my father’s birthday that’s in januarary. When I first placed the order it said It wouldn’t be processed until after Christmas no biggie. Then I started looking at reviews and started to get super nervous already looking into how to hopefully cancel my order or into other company’s I could order from then get a return. No joke I got all of my things before christmas and they are all beautiful quality. I ordered a personalized travel mug, a personalized pen with a case and a personalized cutting board. I’m soo glad I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered or I would have been spending triple the money somewhere else. I will be ordering more stuff from them in the future.

Long story short, I ordered a customized bag for an employee who was my secret santa. I placed the order ON TIME to be received on the 22^nd of december. I get the shipment only to find that the name that was on it was NOT my coworkers name. I called them immediately and spoke to the customer service rep who then apologizes for the mix up and guaranteed me that it will be shipped out to be received on Thursday the 24^th. I thought that it was cutting it close, but at least I would have it during the day of my company holiday party. I look up my tracking number to see what time I would receive it TODAY, but guess what!!! It says that it would be delivered on 1÷6÷16! I called customer service again to only have an absolute rude unsympathetic lady handle my issue. Or should I say not handle my issue. She constantly interrupted me rudely saying there was nothing that she could Do. I asked to speak to a manager, but she said there wasn’t one around. Oh, how convenient to take the day off on one of the most busiest days! Then I asked for corporates number, but she didn’t have a clue to what it was. She then puts me on hold for about 15 minutes to tell me «okay, we are going to reimburse you your delivery cost of $ 10. Wth? I can careless about the $ 10! Now I have to go to my holiday party empty handed because of how poor this business is run.
This is an embarrassment to your company. There should always be a manager on duty to handle issues or have your employees trained to handle situations like this. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing my items from this unorganized business. Based on the reviews it seems like corporate will do nothing about it so lesson learned for me.
All in all, they screwed up on my order and did absolutely nothing about it! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Oh I wish I would have see this before I ordered! I bought a Christmas ornament with my ultrasound picture on it. I was so excited and had my husband open it so we could put it on the tree. It came with a gigantic hole in the eye!!! It was horrific. I first contacted customer service by email and they said according to their quality assurance and they did nothing wrong. I called them immediately and they said «where else would we have put the hole?» Um, I don’t know but maybe it would have had a piece on top to hang it? Or at least indicate a hole is going to be right there when designing and formatting the photo! They said I could repurchase for 30% off. The woman was absolutely horrific I talked to. How she ended up in customer service is beyond me. I hate this company. Thanks for ruining a beautiful surprise.

I wish I would’ve looked at Unilocal reviews before purchasing with the company. I tried writing the below review to their site and surprisingly they didn’t post it!
I purchased the executive personalized business card holder from Personalization mall because they seemed to be the best priced for an engraved business card holder. I received the item and noticed that the engraving was not parallel to the top/​bottom. The flaw isn’t overly noticeable but I expected a precise alignment as my eyes are drawn right to the flaw every time. As this is a gift, I also don’t want to be embarrassed by gifting an item that doesn’t look professionally made. I contacted the company with my disappointment and while they say «we are committed to customer satisfaction» they responded that the product was done to their standards and I would not receive a replacement. I wouldn’t work with this company again for the simple fact that they disregarded my dissatisfaction with the product so quickly and have a low standard of quality.
I would not recommend personalization mall.

I ordered a blanket for my daughter and it looks just as I personalized it. Shipping was average about 6 days but here before Christmas. I paid $ 84 for it. I went against horrible reviews only because this site was a google trusted store. So I took the chance only because I couldn’t find what I was looking for anywhere else. I’m glad I did. I’m positive she will love it!

Just terrible overall experience. E-​mail response was awful, I had a problem with their product they made for me. They refused to believe it was broken, made me pay to ship back — just an awful company, would never purchase from them again.

Terrible customer service! I ordered an item that included the words Sweet 16 but unfortunately the font that Personalization Mall uses for this makes the «S» in the word Sweet look like an unknown character.

My Mom gave a gift to my husband of a cocktail shaker that was etched with «Dad» in honor of our son’s birth. Super sweet gift, except the darned thing literally would not come apart. We tried running it under cold water, ice bath to try to shrink the inside enough to release the top. We tried oil. Nothing worked. My husband banged it on the counter a few times and eventually it released the top. He did this for the first three uses, every single time it would get jammed on and could not be removed without banging it. One time, the bang caused a dent. Now the thing leaks, making it utterly useless.
What does Personalization Mall do when I tell them about it? Offer me 30% off buying a new one. Like I want to spend $ 50 on a piece of junk, even at 30% off that price it’s still a rip off.
Lousy product, lousy customer service. Don’t waste your money.

My mother-​in-​law got me a keychain from the website. Upon arrival, the image was incredibly grainy/​pixelated. I called the customer service number explaining my disappointment in the quality of the product and was told the image «must have been stretched» by the customer (my mother-​in-​law). I said their website should warn people that the quality of the image has been compromised and she shrugged it off. I asked to resend a high quality image to have it redone, and was advised that I would have to start a new order and buy a new keychain.
Needless to say, I will never order from this company. Ever.

These people have the WORST customer service. I called to inquire about a package that was late in shipping out (seems to be a common thread here. wish I checked on Unilocal before ordering). The estimated shipping dates are falsely advertised, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unsympathetic that I would not receive my package on time.

I had some canvases printed as a gift for my mother’s 60^th birthday. When ordered the image appeared to extend all the way to the guidelines. However, once printed the canvases contained blank space on the face. They were unusable and I was out $ 70. Customer service refused to reprint. I am so disappointed.

I have ordered a product 1 week in advance and specified the event date I needed it for.
Unfortunately the shipment was sent later than specified in the order details. An no-​one contacted me to ask if I would like to change the shipment to get it faster.
So all of this resulted in getting the order later and hence I don’t need it at all now, because I received it after the even actually happened. And when I asked for a refund the customer service said everything is correct and refused to help me solve my issue.
I’m very disappointed.

We bought a few ornaments from Personalization Mall as Christmas presents and what we got back was crap. I’m amazed at their low quality ornaments. One of our ornaments was of our new born baby done by a professional photographer. What we got back was a green alien baby. We won’t use the ornament because its pretty bad!
I called the customer service number and spoke with a lady who wasn’t very nice, wasn’t understanding and took a defensive tone with me. As if it was my fault? Personalization Mall produces junk quality products! They said they couldn’t do anything for us and the if we ordered the product again it would be sent the same way. then you need to fix your issues!
Beware if you are buying ornaments. especially green ones.
