I would give this place a negative star. This company has the worst customer service of any company I deal with. Been waiting 45 minutes and still waiting cuz they increased our bill 40.00 after we cancelled a 50.00 phone that was done on contract. After that they deleted my husbands voicemail and customer service can’t figure out what happened so now we sit and wait and wait and wait first chance we get we are going to T-​MOBILE or AT&T Verizon sucks now a days. Packed house here waiting to fix Verizon’s crappy service.

I bought Ipad Air + Iphone6 today. I got there right at 10am to avoid a wait. It was quiet at first and I joked to the staff I had closed off the street until I was taken care of. Jake, Matt, and Katrina all were professional, it was a good experience, though, it did get busy (but not dark), by the time I left. I left one star on the table in that I think at least one follow up call will be necessary. Nice job!
