My company regularly orders lunches from this company and I look forward to every Monday because of it. Because of this I can only speak to the food quality, not to the ambience or restaurant experience. I have never had an order botched, the sandwich quality is PHENOMENAL, and they have some interesting slightly-out-of-the-box combinations if you’re into that. In the box lunches that I get, I always get a wonderfully made sandwich, always to my specifications, as well as a delicious deli salad or a bag of chips(depending on my preference of the day), and a baked treat. I don’t mind that the baked treats are usually«bought» or outsourced, because I’d rather have a quality Sara Lee fudge brownie than a substandard in-house dried up treat. One time they had run out of the chips I requested, so they gave me two other bags with a nice little note explaining they were giving me «a little of each» of the chip flavor I’ve requested. They go above and beyond the anonymous food-preparing that they could settle for, and it shows. I recommend them to everyone at work. I absolutely adore this place for lunches.

Bad, bad, bad. I ordered the VIP Platter to the tune of $ 100. First of all, the presentation was horrible — not at all like the photo. The ham was plopped on in a messy pile and the roast beef was not at all fresh — dark and dry. The cookies/bars were also not fresh — crumbling and dry. The sides were okay, but didn’t make up for the rest of the mess. I could definitely have done better at Byerly’s, Kowalski’s or Costco. Never again from HoneyBaked.

Little known location that is setup as a café and they have done an excellent job inside. Reminds me of a Panera Bread with the exception that there isn’t 100 people in line waiting to get food. On any given lunch time there is only a handful of people that will walk in and its rare to see anyone eating at the tables. The food isn’t mind blowing, typical sandwiches and soups, but pricing is very reasonable as they struggle to get a following. Its disappointing that most people view The HoneyBaked Ham as just a holiday destination to get your ham slab. But in reality they are branching out to become a fast food chain and the quality is good. Another downfall is this location sits in a strip mall with other food destinations on Nicollet and 42 which have a hundred times the visibility.
