First time stopping by this booth but i felt like mexican food would be good. I ended up orderjnf the mexican tacos with queso dip. Very very yummy! The taco itself was a little greasy but it tasted wonderful. Wanted to finish it right away. I wouldnt mind getting food here again.

Ordered two tacos with ground beef. It came with two sides and I chose refried beans and Mexican rice. The taco was essentially tasteless as was the refried beans and Mexican rice. The beans and rice were not even close to homemade and obviously from a can. The ground beef lacked seasoning and there was barely any Pico de Gallo to even taste it. The tacos literally left a puddle of grease on my plate-yuck! The tacos were decent size; larger than you get at the major taco chains but lacked any flavor. The staff was courteous and helpful but you get the sense they lacked passion for the food they’re serving. They have an opportunity to provide decent food but have a ways to go. Hopefully they’ll make it.

No me gusta! I originally had another place in mind to eat at while at the Burnsville Center, but I decided to try El Gusto since it’s new. BIGMISTAKE! I’ve never had such a flavorless burrito in my life. This place is set up similar to Chipotle. I got the shredded beef burrito($ 7.50) with pinto beans, rice, pico de gayo, corn, cheese and sour cream. I found myself instantly regretting my choice of food, but decided to stick with it to see if maybe all of the yumminess got stuck in the middle of the burrito, nope just more bland mush. I ended up going back to the counter to ask for a side of the salsa verde to see if it could spice up my poor excuse of a burrito and it helped a bit but meh I don’t see myself going back to try anything else on the Menu.
