Just had a great experience at the Burnsville, MN store. I took my iPhone in to fix the charger port as it wasn’t taking a charge. They quoted me $ 70 to make the fix which I agreed. Within 15 minutes they call me back to say it was just lose and it’s ready to go. Instead of $ 70, it would only be $ 30. They totally could have just charged me the $ 70 and I would have paid it and would have no idea what it took to fix. Really impressed me that they instead chose to do the right thing. They have earned my business.

Had a pleasant experience with them-​sold 2 old phones got not a super great price which I would have gotten if I had sold it on craigslist BUT I prefer this over craigslist!
No fuss-​safe and they mail you the check in 2⁄3 days.

Horrible place to buy anything. bought laptop and return it next day day as it wasn’t working as it was supposed to they only return 85% of the purchase price even though it wasn’t working as it was promised
