Jeff Flanagan & Frank Gerisch started Burnsville Motors 15 years ago. After many years in the automotive industry they decided to created an easy hassle-​free buying experience for their customers. I hate being here since it usually means something is wrong with one of our vehicles. Luckily for me, the wife and the in-​laws have been coming here for years and have developed a good rapport with our favorite mechanic, Ian.
The administrative and repair staff have been nothing short of amazing every time we visit. I have not purchased a vehicle here so I cannot speak about the sales staff. All of our repairs have been completed very quickly and done right. We have had zero problems after Ian and the team diagnose and fix our issues. They even will hook you up with a free loaner vehicle for as long as your repair takes if they have one available.
Prices for parts and repair are slightly below average. It has the family shop feel here and I do recommend getting to know everyone if you plan on making this the one repair shop you frequent. My father in-​law always told the wife that if there are just two people in the world to build a good relationship with, it should be a banker and a mechanic. We couldn’t agree more.
I hope Burnsville Motors management knows how much business our mechanic Ian pulls in. He’s a really good guy and knows his stuff. We will continue to go to Burnsville Motors to see him for all of our trivial and extreme auto maintenance and repair needs. I hope you will give Burnsville Motors a chance and make it your go-​to for your needs as well. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is full of a bunch of sleeze-​bag scammers (big surprise, right?). They ran a bogus, dishonest promotion to bring people in (promised a minimum 50 $ giftcard) I called beforehand and even asked the guy «This is LEGIT right? I WILL get at least a 50 $ giftcard if i come in there?» His response «Oh yes! yes! of course!»
I got there and they said I won a dollar! Thanks alot. The guy even laughed with me and admitted that it was a crock. Disgusting.
Then, of course, they tried to sell me a car. How about no?

i really like auto service here– fast, friendly and honest in my experience. no upselling or predictions of doom if i don’t change the oil filter right now. generous with loaner cars. this is the home of the 12.99 oil change, too!
