I’m no stranger to this store. Once upon a time I opened my first credit card here. Flash forward ⁷⁄₈ years and the customer service has seriously gone down hill. I received an Angel reward and a few of the free panty/​$ 10 off of a bra coupons in the mail. It seemed like a great idea to run in, grab some cute new things and run back to work.
I stopped in on my lunch break today armed with all of my freebie coupons. Pumped to spend a little bit of money on a Friday. I was greeted by one girl who looked like the managers just chewed her out and sent her out of the backroom. But that’s obviously not true since most of the managers were too busy chatting it up in the front of the store.
I walked around looking for my favorite bra for easily 20 minutes. When I realized I’d been in the store for 30 minutes with zero help I decided to leave. If I can’t get any help in a quiet store then why should I give it my money? Especially since I’ve been an Angel card holder for so long.
This store used to be awesome and it’s gone down hill over the years. I actually dread having to get the freebies from the store now.

This store is ridiculous. Always long lines, especially on Friday and Saturday nights when the mall is generally crowded. Managers are always just chatting in the corner and not paying attention to the long lines. The girls who work in the PINK section are oblivious to all that goes on – they’re always busy chatting with each other, or folding stuff. It’s called customer service and the employees really need to be trained in it. It would be helpful if they’d ask customers if they needed help rather than just continuing to fold thongs. News flash… you don’t have to fold them… just lay them out.
I also think their prices for their body sprays are ridiculous!!! 14 dollars for a bottle of spray? really…

I bought a couple of things and wanted to use my Victoria’s Secret rewards cards. So I ask the clerk to do separate transactions. When I handed her the first item she wasn’t sure if I could use it on sale items. I told her that in the fine print it said nothing about using it on sale items. She proceeded to tell me that the sale items are considered a promotion and you can not use a promotion on top of another promotion. I argued with her that there was a difference between a sale and a promotion. She wouldn’t let me use it on my sale items and claimed she was the store manger and knew what she was talking about. Come to find out you can use it on sale items. That made me even more pissed because I knew what I was talking about and she tried to prove me wrong and not willing to let me use my reward on a sale item.

Can u rate this awful store a zero? Zero customer service zero efficiency at the registers and all the managers shooting the breeze in the corner oblivious to the long lines with 2 girls at the cashier. On a busy Saturday no less! This store needs an overhaul!
