The service here was excellent. We went to get some shoes for my wife. The salesperson Kevin was very knowledgable and polite. The prices aren’t cheap but you really do get really good quality products and service. Highly recommend The Walking Company for your future foot attire purchases.

Great service
I had bought some Uggs here in November and they were great. The staff is so friendly! Unfortunately, my Uggs got ruined for some reason, they were stained. Kevin, the manager, was very kind and shipped new ones for us and shipped the old ones to the manufacturer. As I said, the staff is very friendly I definitely recommend buying your Uggs or shoes here!

So, got a pair of dansko clogs for Xmas. Wasn’t to sure if they were right size. So I showed up with my shoes and told them about the issue… found out the shoes were to small… so, they found the right size and it just so happens they didn’t have the new size in the model of that shoe. So, what they did was swapped it out with another model. Just like that. There were so help! Awesome customer service and Awesome service. I will defiantly go back here.

This is not a review of the store but of a good salesperson I encountered there mid-​April. I purchased a ton of shoes online because I just wasn’t sure what would work and what size to get. So I walked into the store, a half hour before closing time, very apologetic but with an enormous shipping box. The guy behind the counter didn’t bat an eyelash and said it was no big deal. Indeed he was cheerful the entire time. I was so happy to have a non-​pissy person behind the counter that I felt like I should give him some credit!
