I’ve been coming here daily for the last two weeks. This place is near my new Job and well they do get it your order right. HOWEVER, the dark haired young lady who takes my order most days, is rude. Point blank and the period. It’s far too early in the morning for the stank attitude. I’ve seen her roll her eyes at female patrons, suck her teeth, and speak in a condescending tone to anyone who asks her anything that deviates from her standard«What can i get ya» Just not pleasant to have to deal with a nasty scowl so early in morning.

Needs more staff. Too busy to have two people working. The one in Wilmington is a bit more convenient and also has a drive thru and never a crazy line out the door. Not the staffs fault they were working hard. They just need more help!

Very noisy due to staff screeching at each other about something unimportant… jeez! Can’t a person have a tall dark roast without the din?

Place is dirty. Note to staff. Clean the counter where you place the coffee’s every now and then. A simple wipe takes care of the dirty old coffee mess. See if someone can’t MOPYOURFLOOR too. I know you’re busy but do something that doesn’t warrant a board of health call from your customers.

I have never had such a bad experience at a starbucks as I did this morning. There were three people working one young girl was doing all the work and the other two were socializing. Yelling, laughing loud and ignoring customers, they were so unprofessional. The conversations was about«white women doing black kids hair»!Took 10 mins to get my breakfast sandwich. And my drink was disgusting. And it’s 7am!!! The busiest time! This location awful!

So all was fine until I got my food. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and got a BEC on this sandwich bread. So I went back through and this woman,(I’m assuming the manager) who was slightly rude, told me that they don’t already come on croissants and that I need to pay for it separately. Well this location SUCKS, because I’ve ordered a BEC on croissant before and paid like $ 4, no problem. But no, I paid $ 6.31 for my iced coffee and BEC on sandwich, and then paid an extra $ 2.41 for the croissant. A $ 6 sandwich? No. So overpriced. They should’ve at least given me the croissant for free since it was so confusing. Bad customer service.

Just came back from there, Busy at 230pm? I had to wait about 5 minutes for my Hibiscus tea thingy(which is super yummy by the way). Only downside was that I got a croissant too — and wanted it warm– and it was ready way before my tea. I wish they could get them both done at once– but still a fan.

The service is great. Been coming here almost 2 – 3 times a week since the past 1 year and never disappointed with the service and the staff. Keep up the good work Brian and co.

Worst experience at a Starbucks ever. There is a lady(older, asian background) who seems to be in charge and who always appears to take the orders here at this location. This morning(and every other morning I’ve visited this store), she is simply unfriendly and snappy when taking my orders. She looks at me like taking my order and giving me breakfast is too much effort and beneath her. A younger girl(pink hair, nose ring) who talks a million miles an hour rolls her eyes when I ask her to repeat herself because I can’t understand her the first time, then practically snarled, «have a nice day» at me when she dumps my breakfast sandwich and morning bun on the counter in front of me, then turns tail and runs towards the back of the store before I can say«thank you». I walked out of that store so angry I had to come here and say something.

What can I say that has not been said before. It’s Starbucks. Consistently providing a superior service and coffee. Will never drink any other coffee.

They always have good food, and I hope that they are really busy because not every time I go, they have all the food that I want!

Great little Starbucks. Only downsides here is the parking lot is tiny and awkward to find parking. Other than that this place always has great coffee. They also have a clover, if that’s important to you. If there is a woman named Neco behind the bar definitely get an espresso beverage… She makes the absolute best ones!

As usual I like it… its starbucks. The staff was friendly and unfortunately we ordered more number of coffees and later on we canceled. But still they served the extra coffee at free of cost. Thanks starbucks!

So Im a fan… I’m sitting here, my normal spot, and overall this location is great. This location has great staff(very thorough and nice), plenty of seating, not too noisy, and is always busy. The only problem is during peak hours it can get a bit too busy due to the lunch rush and after work rush due to the office park across the street. The only input id like to add is that if they were to expand it would be nice to have a large wooden table(farm table) for people to work from as Ive seen 8 people at most working on their laptops at once. It would nice to have a bit more room, and to not sit on the wooden banquette against the wall(maybe I just have a boney bum haha) Also it does get a bit drafty near the windows but nothing a thick sweater or coat cant fix.

I’m a grad a coffee and go type a guy, and this location is pretty perfect for it. It tends to get very busy, but the baristas work at a very good pace, and really fly through that line in no time. There’s not a great deal of space for you solo laptop people, but that’s never been a big problem for me. The baristas in general, are super friendly and nice, and engaging which is great. There’s not much to my Starbucks visits, but this location has consistently nailed it in all my visits.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I stopped by for some coffee after overnight call and saw that this branch has a Clover machine! The Sumatra Tapanuli was lovely and had a dense, hearty profile to it.
