Dr. Spinali is a great dentist. hands down the best one i had (my family are patients of his for 10+ years). Highly recommend him to anyone. as for the previous reviewer who called out the receptionist to be exceptionally rude, i’d give the lady at front desk ³⁄₅. Average, i guess, she could be much better if she checked her «ego» at the door.

I feel kind of bad because Dr. Spinali is nice and a good dentist. But the cow at the front desk is a bitch on a power trip (the big blonde one). She is rude, leaves threatening voicemails and verbally hassles patients. Um, you work in a dentist’s office, not as part of the Nazi régime.
I was 5 minutes late to an appointment (yes, my bad) and when I got home I had a message telling me I had «failed» my appointment and was no longer welcome as a patient. She made no mention of this in the office when she asked me when I wanted to come in for my next appointment. I declined at that time anyway because I was sick of dealing with her rudeness every time I went in.
I now go to Lowell Tooth Docs and they are MUCH nicer and do great work.
So Dr. Spinali, if you’re losing patients, your receptionist is the reason. She’s a big bucket of evil.
