I visited this location yesterday 6⁄9 and had a great experience. I ordered the wings, but only got I flat. A little disappointed. The bartender noticed and right away got me additional flats. She even recommended the house cab and I loved it! I decided to come back tonight and when I sat at the bar there was only ONE bartender. She acknowledged me, which is all I ask for when a server/bartender is weeded. She asked the manager to come over and help me. 4 stars because service was handled great. 4 stars because WHYISTHEREONLYONEBARTENDERON A FRIDAYNIGHTMANAGEMENT. I’m here for business for 6 months and I’ll continue coming b/c the cab is good and so are the wings!!! One thing I found very unprofessional was the executive chef in a black coat was playing on his cell phone while in the line. I get it, but you have an open kitchen with an open expo where the entire restaurant of guests can see. Someone needs to put him in check.

Food was just okay. Doughy bread around the pork belly sliders was not good. Flatbread and fondue were not bad, but nothing special. Good drinks and service, but food was a bit dissapointing.

Save your money. This place is over priced, Rib Eye Steak 40.00 my hubby got, he couldn’t find the steak, so much fat and grizzle. I had to send my Flat Iron Steak back, they brought me another selection. My Flat Iron entire dish was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I don’t think I have ever returned a dish for over salting in my life and I’m in my 60’s. Someone in the kitchen doesn’t know how to cook. This place will not last, I guarantee it. Like my husband said, he went to Long Horn(which is ok in my book) and his 20.00 steak far surpassed the one he just had at Redstone. Very disappointed, save your money, do not go.

The food was amazing. My husband and I came here from Quincy. MA.,. We were early for our reservations and sat at the bar and the bartenders were awesome. We came here for dinner to meet my husbands son and once we were seated, we had John for a waiter and he was amazing. I highly recommend that when you go there that you request him. He has a great sense of humor. I spoke with his manager Justin who was very nice and appreciative of us telling him how great John was. Justin has a great group of employees, which shows in the respect that he has for the people he manages. Thank you to the bartenders who served us and thank you to Justin and a special thanks to John who took great care of my husband and I and his son and family!

Came in for a work related dinner. Service was great. Our waitress knew the menu and helped with some indecisiveness. I ordered the French Onion Soup my 2 coworkers got salads. The soup was horrible, absolutely no flavor and was very oily. I probably should have sent it back but was too busy with our work discussion. The wedge salad and house salad both looked really good, I was very disappointed I got the soup, it was like eating watered down oil. I had the Short Rib Dinner and it was very good, a little salty but it was melt in your mouth tender with a lovely a jus and asparagus over mashed potato. My co workers got the red snapper and the chicken and rib combo both enjoyed their choices. We were all stuffed so no room for dessert.

Super first visit. Cheri(?) was awesome — attentive and knew the menu well. She made great recommendations! Loved the buffalo shrimp(enormous) and the crab cakes. Kung Pao turkey burger was a home run. Definitely go!

Went back for brunch today because a friend wanted to try it. I got steak and eggs and I will have to admit that it was actually good. I did request that the do not put cream cheese in my eggs as that is what they normally do to try to make them more creamy but in my opinion it just kills the taste. So the food was good. As as always the big muffin they give you for an app during brunch was great as always. Where they were lacking was with service. The server just didn’t seem happy and seemed genuinely annoyed serving us. He wore his jeans sunk down like a b boy or something. This is supposed to be an up scale restaurant. Please pull up your pants. Even if it is your style at home, you are catering to an upscale crowd so maybe you should dress appropriately. He never asked to refill my coffee. He brought me cream instead of milk and he messed up with my daughters mac and cheese order as he never entered it.

I was very pleased to learn that my favorite restaurant when I lived in Minnesota had a location in Massachusetts. The décor at the Burlington restaurant is very similar to the Maple Grove MN location. The menu had most of the same dishes except for a couple of items. Unfortunately, they are two of my favorite dishes(hence 4 stars instead of 5) The artesian cheese appetizer and chili were sadly missing from the menu. Items that are available are lodge cornbread(which goes perfect with chili), fondue appetizer which I order as a meal, and the prime rib sandwich. I’ll keep going back to Redstone and continue to ask for chili, hopefully they’ll eventually add it to the menu.

Really amazing cocktails and mocktails — which is a big plus in my book! Food is somewhat overpriced for what it is –but if you stick with salads and the flat breads it is a good deal. The bar area has really uncomfortable bar stools — and they have a 2nd bar that they seem to be able to open the garage doors in nice weather — but those bar stools are also uncomfortable. The jerk chicken fondue was OK; but we were expecting a little more zip in the chicken. The flat bread pizzas are pretty standard options but really tasty.

Believe the bad reviews. Unfortunately, this is another bad restaurant in Burlington. Four entrees served at a lukewarm temperature, over salted fries and dishwasher stained water glasses. The management and server were prompt to correct the problem, which is why they are getting two stars. I had the burger and my stomach has been on the fritz since. If you want good steak or nice dinner in Burlington, save yourself the hassle and go to the Bancroft across the street.

SO this place has just opened and I have to say the food is so average and that’s so disappointing. If your going for a date you can find better. If your going to hang out at the bar this place may do they trick. I don’t like restaurants that feel forced or staged and unfortunately the designer did an OK job so with an OK atmosphere, OK food and OK staff its just OK — you wont impress a date

Redstone is a cozy and modern style atmosphere, with two lit fireplaces upon entering where you can sit and warm up by the fire. There is a large bar area in the middle of the room, with lots of tables surrounding. I noticed there is also a side room with a bar, although it was not being used while I was here. I came with a group of four for Sunday brunch, but was told by the server that we could order off the regular lunch menu if we wanted also, so there was a very large selection of food items to order from. The Bloody Mary was pretty average, but the garnishes made it stand out(pepper jack cheese, olive, pickle, jalapeño, celery, lemon, lime). We were served a complimentary breakfast bread, which was flavored as orange coconut. It was warm and had a gooey icing melted on top, super delicious! I ordered the omelet of the day, which was turkey club. It sounds a bit strange but worked surprisingly well! The house — roasted turkey breast was a tad salty but lots of flavor. My husband ordered the breakfast flatbread which was also super tasty. The scrambled eggs were creamy and the flavor of the actual Flatbread was delicious. My parents both ordered salads which were big, but typical for a restaurant style salad. My dad ordered the Chicken noodle soup which was super hearty and had such good taste! I definitely will order the soup next time Im in. Service wad decent, food was great! I recommend brunch here!

Really really great date night! Loved it here. I’ll go over the cons first and why they lost one star * It was so dark in there that we literally couldn’t see the menu * The beef said medium rare, but I think of MR as juicy and red and this was definitely more well done. There are many more pros! * DELICIOUS apps, we had the buffalo shrimp which is out of this world good & the jerk chicken fondue was epic * the croutons for the fondue weren’t ready so they gave us our plate without first and brought us fresh, hot & yummy croutons for the fondue, super yum and great service * our server was knowledgable and pretty decent on time(he could’ve been a bit more efficient) * the bourbon with maple syrup was SOGOOD, it has bourbon, maple syrup, Rosemary & lemon * dinner was Cajun ribeye and the flavor was on point * hubby has the tournadoes special with mushrooms & loved it * the atmosphere was GREAT for date night and the booth in the bar was perfect for snuggling on one of our first nights sans baby!

Great new place. You can smell the wood fire when you walk in. Our bartender/waitress Regina was really good. Very nice. I got the jerk chicken fondue and she recommended the steak with it so I got the extra. It was excellent. The steak and chicken were perfectly seasoned and juicy to go well with the Gouda fondue. We also had the chocolate chip cookie sundae which came in a cast iron dish. The cookie was really hard and took away from the yumminess of the flavor. But you still can’t go wrong with a hot cookie topped with ice cream. I would go back for lunch there soon to try some more items out.

I’ve been here two times, and from those two times, I would stay away. Menu: super bland, I guess American(traditional) sums it all. I ordered the baby back ribs with cole slaw and house salad. Baby Back Ribs: although tender, it lacked flavor Cole Slaw: something felt like it was missing House Salad: felt like they threw a bunch of random greens they could find with candied walnuts, and cheese that didn’t even compliment anything on the plate, together. They also threw the wrong dressing which completely threw off the taste. Everything was good separately, but once you throw it into a salad without thinking about taste, well then, there you go, bad taste. Their cornbread was good though. Other than that, I would not come here during my lunches.

Met a few friends for dinner here and was blown away by our dinner. The waiter made some awesome suggestions and we were all pleased with our meals. We started with the cornbread, which was sweet and delicious and was even better with the maple butter. Also for a starter we got the jerk chicken fondue. Overall the fondue was wonderful but some of the grapes with it seemed a little over ripe. My husband had the prime rib which was cooked a perfect medium rare. The accompanying mashed potatoes were awesome he said. I had the coconut crusted halibut, a seasonal dish which is off the menu shortly. The fish and presentation were amazing. The cream sauce was very flavorful. Then came dessert! Chocolate cake and a huge cookie. Both were very decadent and flavorful. Definitely give this place a try. I would recommend reservations as they seemed to get busy as the night went on.

Me and two friends came here for lunch on a Friday. The inside is extremely spacious and there is a big sprawling bar in the middle of the space(probably an awesome place to go on a weekend night!) We got three different types of burgers, all of which were extremely high quality and tasty. The salmon was was particularly noteworthy. The shy waitor was very nice, and the place was so clean. Will definitely come back the next time I am in town!

4 stars for value, –1 star for service and quality each. Our first visit to Redstone was a busy Friday night, ostensibly so with all the guests waiting to be seated in the host area. We made a reservation ahead of time on OpenTable and were seated immediately. After a not-so-pleasant experience at Osteria Nino, we were hoping for and expecting a better evening here. Lo and behold, the waiter we had at Osteria ended up being our server here at Redstone! Small world … Armando recommended the corn bread as a starter with our soups(the bf ordered the shrimp and sweet corn chowder and I ordered chicken noodle soup). The appetizers were served promptly and were delectable — the chowder was creamy and had just enough seasoning, and the chicken noodle was a nice classic to build my appetite. Top it off with the corn bread and maple butter, and boy, we were in heaven! Cue the rockslide from here. It took nearly 20 minutes for our entrees to be brought out after we finished our soups. I had ordered the cedar plank salmon, and the bf ordered the Cajun ribeye. After Armando finally got around to us(he was very busy with a few tables outside and our section inside), we dug in. Sadly, the salmon wasn’t as flavorful as I expected, nor was it as tender. No wonder the lemon garlic aioli is served alongside to offset the dryness. The bf ended up sending his steak back — he had ordered it medium rare but it came out rare in the middle, barely medium rare on the ends. To play it safe, he reordered the steak at medium, which they got right the second time around. What’s worse is that if the GM hadn’t been visiting tables to see how things were going 10 minutes after we were served our entrees, I would have been done with my dinner before the bf was able to get his order corrected. We tried to make up for the disappointing entrees with the recommended banana cream pie for dessert. It did the trick, but didn’t correct for the slow dinner service and food quality. The good news is that the portions are large, so you definitely get what you pay for. And don’t get me wrong, the appetizers and dessert were quite good. There’s clearly still kinks to work out with the service and entrée quality, but I’m certain Redstone will become a regular watering hole in the future.
