History

Established in 2010.

Permanent Make-​Up by Dawn first opened its doors in Historic Downtown Apex in 2010. After experiencing a record breaking volume of satisfied customers the business moved into The Skin Institute at Beaver Creek in Apex. Unlike other Permanent Make-​Up Artist, Dawn has a background in esthetics, IPL lasers, derma-​planing, electrolysis, and body sculpting. She is also a former make up artist of ten years. Her passion and talent in permanent make-​up lead Dawn to branch out and open her own business focusing solely on permanent make-​up. Dawn is also one of the few permanent make-​up artist in the area to work in the paramedical decision of tattooing.
