I tell you what ladies and gents this guy Patches is a verified legend. He cleans our fraternity house bathrooms (4 of them) for $ 75, and he doesn’t even wear a hazmat suit. He also occasionally brings along his older sister/​mother/​aunt to help, and she’s free of charge!
He definitely doesn’t use «green» products but, really, who gives an eff. Besides, anything short of bleach and hydrogen peroxide isn’t going to the trick for the type of work we require of him. He won’t leave the place sparkling, but it’ll be sanitary, and that’s what counts.

Just had my house cleaned and I have to say I’m not very happy with the job that was done. There is still dirt on my floors, dust on my furniture, and hair in my bathroom. I also don’t think they use ‘green’ cleaning products — my house now has a very strong chemical smell. I would not hire them again.
