We use pure therapeutic grade essential oils in our aromatherapy blends that are chosen for their healing properties as well as their ability for synergistic composition. History

Established in 2000.

Lunaroma was founded by Leyla Bringas, aromatherapist, botanical perfumer and pure body products designer. Lunaroma was founded the same year her daughter was born, and was operated out of a spare bedroom in her home for 3 years. During this time a website business was born and Lunaroma products were sold wholesale through natural food stores, as well as weekly farmer’s market stands, specialty artisan craft fairs and by phone consultation. In 2003 Lunaroma Aromatic Apothecary opened as a boutique in Burlington, Vermont and has been growing and prospering ever since.

Lunaroma’s product line have been designed, formulated by Leyla Bringas and are produced by Leyla and her Aromatic Apothecary crew. They specialize in creating products with a true Aroma-​therapeutic foundation whether they be medicinally intended or aromatically aesthetic. Only the purest botanical ingredients are used in the entire Lunaroma line, differentiating it from the world of products available today.

Leyla Bringas began her formal botanical studies with Rosemary Gladstar’s Herbal Apprentice Program in 1996. She received her first Aromatherapy Certification from The Institute of Dynamic Aromatherapy in 1997 which has since grown to be The East-​West School of Herbal and Aromatic Studies. She is certified to teach for the East-​West School of Herbal and Aromatic Studies and offers a level 101 as well as a level 201 certification program in aromatherapy.

Leyla founded Lunaroma in Burlington, Vermont in 2000. Studying herbal and aromatic medicine for 17 years she has formulated Lunaroma’s line of aromatherapeutic, bath, body, spa and aesthetic products. She is a member of NAHA (National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy), The Natural Perfumers Guild, and The Indie Beauty Network.
