Established in 1993.

La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant was first opened in 1993. It is a family owned business that’s grown from one location to five locations in Piedmont North Carolina. The philosophy of the restaurant hasn’t changed since it’s inception: Give great service at a fair price, and always serve delicious food prepared fresh daily.

Accidentally put this review on the wrong restaurant. It wouldn’t let me delete or edit to the correct restaurant. This review is for The Mission in Gibsonville. Excellent!!! Homemade sauces, marinades & salsa. We went there for our 5th anniversary & were both very pleased. The bean dip & queso dip are out of this world. I got the braised beef tacos and literally almost made myself sick from eating so much. Everyone was very attentive & helpful. YUMMY!!!

It was me an my fiancé’s one year anniversary. Barry was our waiter, he wasn’t knowledgeable of the menu an seemed overwhelmed. Bad attitude and food was mediocre. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it or come back.

Great food and super fast! We were on our way to Morrisville but needed to eat so we needed somewhere quick to eat that wasn’t fast food. That’s how I discovered this place and decided to give it a try. Definitely will return if I’m ever in the area.

Excellent and quick place to eat. Menu is a smaller version as the big restaraunt, but you get about the same amount for less money. The staff is great there. Love everything I’ve gotten.

Just as tasty as the other restaurants except super fast. The menu is limited but has the same quality ingredients. If you are in a hurry, this is your place. Try the shredded chicken nachos and shrimp tacos.

Very good and very fast! If you don’t have time to sit down and order at one of the regular locations, express is perfect! I usually get mine to go, but they also have a decent amount of seating inside. Fajitas are solid, and the combination platters are good! They serve off an abbreviated menu from the regular La Fiesta, but they’ll do their best to make you happy! Staff is always friendly and helpful.
