I live so close to this gas station but I’ve been plagued with the credit card readers not working and even the card reader inside taking forever due to their slow connection. Besides it’s not even the lowest gas rate and there are a couple of decent gas stations just down Shelbourne. I steer my friends away from here even though it’s right by the corner :-(I went in for a state inspection last year and was told to come back later as they didn’t have any stickers. I did give them one last chance to replace my side mirror and I waited for their call to tell me the part was in. But when I went in to check the next day they told me that I didn’t call or come by the previous day; so they returned the part. I got it done elsewhere. Guess they have more important customers that my business wasn’t a priority to them.

Mind you, this is based on one experience, but it was a great one. I took my car there because it was making some god-awful rattling noise. They called me shortly after I dropped the car off and told me it was fixed. The cost was $ 10. Turns out it was a very minor repair and they charged me a very minor amount. Unfortunately, this is not the norm in the car repair business. A lot of places would have charged an hour labor. Kaigle’s didn’t charge a dime for labor. To me, this is a small gesture that goes a long way. Instead of jacking me for $ 75, they get a good review on Unilocal and a return customer.

Ray Kaigles is the place to go. Tires put on right no vibrations, leaks, ect. General repairs done right and at a fair price. Uses quality parts. always a good experience.

Best place that I have ever taken my car to. The staff is very nice(just make an appointment) and will take care of your automotive needs without trying to sell you any extraneous service.
