Founded in 1821 as an Insurance company, Hickok & Boardman Inc. is the oldest and one of the largest retail insurance agencies in Vermont. In 1968, Hickok & Boardman Realty was founded to offer residential & commercial services. In 1985 we became affiliated with Coldwell Banker, one of the nation’s leading Real Estate brands and the largest provider of Relocation Services. Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty is consistently ranked a top performing office within the Coldwell Banker system.

Meet the Manager

Leslee M.

Manager

A Burlington, Vermont native, Leslee graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Finance. Her career began with Federated Department Stores, in Boston, in Sales Management & Merchandising. She returned to Vermont in 1993 to pursue a career in real estate.

She now leads more than 60 associates and staff facilitating Northwestern Vermont residential and commercial real estate sales in addition to providing relocation and rental services. Her agency is ranked within the top Coldwell Banker offices nationwide.

Leslee serves on several Boards including the BBA and the VNA.
