Meet the Manager

Robert L.

Manager

Robert Luce is chairman of the firm’s Litigation Group. While he has extensive experience managing and trying complex commercial litigation matters, for more than two decades he has successfully represented brain and spinal cord injury victims and victims of other serious injuries.

Bob is a trial lawyer who concentrates his personal injury practice in the representation of head injury, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and spinal cord injury victims and their families. In addition to understanding insurance law and liability law, he is knowledgeable about the biomechanics of neurological injuries, neurorehabilitation, and the special needs which accompany brain and spinal cord injury. Together with legal nurse consultant Marie Whitbeck, Bob Luce represents seriously injured Vermonters with exceptional skill, experience, and compassion.
