Business Owner

Loretta Roby is a multi-​disciplinary professional with 23 years of experience in leadership roles in the communications industry. As founder, President and CEO of Caleidoscope, she is passionate about bringing excellence to her customer’s experience. Prior to founding Caleidoscope in 2001, Loretta held the role of President of Vermont Telecommunications Network Services Corporation, an industry leader in the communications industry for over 10 years. Loretta is directly involved in all aspects of her Company’s operations, focusing creating a corporate culture based on teamwork and communications, a strong focus on vendor, customer and employee relationships, marketing, media, strategic business planning. She helps to oversee day-​to-​day operations along with her management team. In addition to serving on the Vermont Chamber Board for three years, Loretta participated as a member of a large national CLECs’ (One Communications) advisory board.
