Ok I was going to this nail salon consistently because for the most part my manicure and pedicure always come out pretty nice. Recently I went there and got my eyebrows wax and the girl asked if I wanted my chin done too, I have a few hairs so I figured why not?.. the next day my face broke out in a terrible rash that til this day I have not been able to get rid of (almost a months time). I figured my skin was just sensitive and decided to go get a pedicure this past week. After the girl was done my pedicure I noticed she used the same tools that were used on my on the next lady, no sanitation or anything. I asked if they ever clean the tools the lady acted as though she didn’t understand me, after having a full blown conversation with me in english. I called the manager over to ask about the wax they used and she told me they never clean their wax, maybe once a week. I explained that I didn’t think it was sanitary to leave wax uncovered for so long and no changing it. I showed her my break out and she just continued to say they don’t change the wax often because they would have to waste some. DO NOT GO THERE, IT IS NOT CLEAN!

Terrible. I decided to give this shop a try and my nails (new set) came out a damn mess; cuts included. I had to get them redone a few days later at another place. I wouldn’t recommend this spot.

It’s inside the Burlington Mall, I’m not a huge fan of that place but I do like this nail salon. The people that work there are really nice and the prices are fair priced. I go here to do the «Shellac nails» and they do such a GREAT job on it. I’ve gone about 3 times and I have never had a problem. They don’t use the exact Shellac nail polish but it’s OPI (I think) and it’s still awesome. Good price — $ 30 for french Shellac. It lasts 2 weeks so I say go for it, it’s better for your nails then gel acrylic and cheaper.
You can’t tip on a credit card so bring cash!

I went there for a refill and I was very pleased with the service. The guy who did my nails did a great job and was very nice and attentive. I could tell he wanted me to be happy and was able to fix the bad nail job that I got at another place. I will definitely go back there again. You cant put a tip on a credit card there, but that seems to be a trend now at nail salons. Since its in the mall I was worried about a long wait but they had a lot of people working there and a lot of chairs for both manicures and pedicures. I wish I had the time to get a pedicure because the person I saw getting one looked very relaxed. I can’t comment on the prices because I only got one service and I didn’t see prices listed. But I thought a refill at $ 14 was a good price.
