I have a laptop that I was having troubles with keeping a charge, and was slow, etc. My hubby called Bad Apple and explained to them what the problem was. They said drop it off and they would take a look at it, and let us know.
My husband dropped it off. We never hear anything for over a week or so. I insisted that he go down to talk to them about it. He did. A guy said they didnt find out a thing but the charge for ‘service’ was 75.00 cash.
My husband paid it and came home with the laptop, with no invoice, no receipt nothing. I said where is the invoice and service receipt? How do I know what they did or didnt do to it? and where is the receipt that shows we paid 75.00 to get it back to prove we paid for it? He said they didnt give him anything, just the laptop.
I was very mad. I turned on my laptop, and put it through the paces. NOTHING had been done to it at all and no way to prove that it had even been there for service. So what were they charging me for??? I am still mad and its been several months now since. I will never take anything ever again to them, or recommend them for any reason. Thats BS. and not good customer service. They should have made a service invoice, and checked off what tests they did to see what was wrong. Then the recommended repair costs to fix it. and the last thing for sure, gave my hubby a receipt of the cash money we paid them to get it back. All for nothing I will say.
Bad, Bad, Bad Apple!

I was bumming hard and felt like kind of a dumb ass. I accidentally slipped my micro SD card reader into the disc drive on my 2011 iMac. Reluctantly, I searched for a place that could fix my screw up. I searched online and found Bad Apple. I took my iMac into the shop thinking I would get it back a week later. Not only did you fix my epic failure the same day, but they didn’t make me feel like a total numb skull. They let me know that it happens more often then I thought. This gave me the confidence to go on with my meager existence. Thanks to the guys and gals at Bad Apple. You guys do quality work and have great customer service!

Best customer service ever. Had an iPhone 5s that got wet causing the touch screen to stop working. They attempted to repair and when they replaced the screen with a new one and it didn’t work, they called to let me know that it couldn’t be repaired and that I could come pick it up.
The best part — they didn’t charge me since it couldn’t be fixed!
I would go here any day before walking into an Apple store for repairs.

So easy! I came in with a cracked laptop screen and Jeff was honest about the cost to fix it and gave me other possible options. Although I didn’t get my laptop repaired I did end up getting my iPhone screen fixed after I overheard him quoting another customer. Super fast same day service at a very reasonable price. My iPhone looks brand new. Awesome!

My husband accidentally dropped his phone when getting out of the car. The screen had a small line, but enough that it would not turn on. He hasn’t upgraded in over three years and loved his phone, so he was rather frustrated. He passed Bad Apple on the way home last week and we just got the phone back today! $ 30 later and my man’s phone is back in great condition and he is happy once again!
They fix more than Mac’s as my husband had an HTC. We will be bringing two laptops back there soon to repair as well!
