Better Sex by Sinclair Institute has the MOST rude and illiterate customer service employees that I have ever encountered in my 69 years of live. They not only incorrectly address your concerns but will literally leave you hanging and or hang up on you. In addition to the rudeness and stupidity there products are inferior. Please avoid this company at all costs.
