I just left this place and have yet to have been treated so rudely as by the sales clerk in this store! I am posting this as a warning to all. The items are ridiculously priced but even if you are willing to pay the prices the help is atrocious. I went in to just exchange a gift that was given to me at Christmas as I didn’t need it. I was in a hurry and just requested a merchandise credit. The clerk not only took the wrapping paper, that was their wrapping, and tossed it into my bag. She then asked me for the name of the person who gave it to me to look up on her computer. When she couldn’t find her name she said that the person probably was «re-​gifting» it to me and she couldn’t take it back. I have never been treated this way anywhere especially in a high end retailer. BEWARE AND DON’T PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!

Poor service abounds at this store.

I purchased several expensive items from the Burlingame store. Within a year, one of the king size pillowcases ripped. I called the store and the manager blamed me for not treating the pillowcase appropriately. This of course was nonsense. I will not frequent this store again.
