I needed to quickly find a Broker to sell my house. Found UpNest online, and completed the basic questionnaire, heard from one of their great representatives and we talked for a few minutes about what I needed and expected. A short time later I had 4 Brokers I was setting up for face to face interviews. All come with professional presentations, and with knowledge of the business in my area. Upnest provided information on the process of selling our home, and thus prepared me with proper questions for agents in general. Their agent partners were excellent. This made choosing an agent so difficult.

The UpNest service was a great way to quickly get competitive proposals from multiple agents. The proposals I received broke down the bidding agents fees for each of the key items included in their offers. This made it really effortless to compare the offers against one another. Both UpNest and the selected agent were responsive and top notch. Shortly after selecting the agent, a person from UpNest reached out to inform me that they had just added a free 3D home modeling feature for those that select an agent through the UpNest service. I informed my agent and he coordinated directly with UpNest to take advantage of the offer. The 3D modeling came out great and was a definite value added service above and beyond the photo service provided by the agent. I highly recommend using UpNest if you are going through the agent selection process.

Great way to save time by «outsourcing» the process of finding a realtor! Thena from UpNest shortlisted 5 agents that met the criteria I specified. Each agent provided a proposal that allowed me to quickly compare the agents based upon «fit», price, and market knowledge. It’s essentially an «RFP» service for soliciting bids from realtors who are eager to win your business. Overall a great experience and definitely recommended!

This is the way selling homes should always be, simply fantastic. Thena with UpNest was amazing to work with, and got me connected with a excellent agent in my area who knew exactly what we wanted to do. This was the first time we would ever be selling a home, since it was the first home we purchased, so our agent walked us through the entire process before we did anything.
I had countless recommendations from friends, co-​workers, and family, and to be honest I don’t think UpNest could have made it any easier. No hassle of running someone down to sell our home, which is what we needed since we’re both super busy and travel for work. Our agent worked with us closely and made excellent recommendations about the staging the home and timing. We listed our home on a Friday, and it sold by Sunday! This was a fantastic service — I would recommend it to anybody looking to sell their home. My husband and I had given ourselves a day to pick real estate agents to interview. We wanted a competitive commission, strong experience, and great marketing including professional photography. We read through various reviews on Unilocal and Zillow, but didn’t feel like we were making progress towards a solid data-​driven decision. A friend of ours has had a house on the market for 2 years, in part due to a very weak semi-​retired agent, so this was really concerning me.

We interviewed all three agents and felt that we would be completely happy with two of the three. They were both so strong that we agonized over which to pick for 24 hours before finally settling on one. Our house is now on the market and we’ve been very satisfied with the service we’ve received so far!

This was my very first time purchasing a home, so I was very nervous to start with. Max understood this and was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. After being presented with several options, I selected an agent, who was then able to negotiate a great deal, beating out multiple offers on the property, while still ending up below the appraised value! To top off the experience was the huge cash rebate I received after all was said and done. Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant buying experience. I’ll definitely use UpNest again when the time comes for the next move!

I am a busy professional who works long hours and travels frequently.
