Can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience we had with Pip Printing in Burlingame, Ca. We went to SF two days after a beloved family member died. We were the only family members present and had to plan a memorial service within a very short time frame. We stayed in Burlingame and found Pip Printing thru recommendations on Unilocal.I called them, explained the circumstances and was told that they would try to accommodate us and have them ready the next morning. The kind and courteous owner not only stopped what he was doing to help layout the brochure, but had our order prepared by 3:00pm that afternoon so we didn’t have to wait until the day of the service to pick them up. The brochures were beautiful! They were tastefully done and appreciated by all who attended the memorial service. The owner’s wife was there when we picked them up and she was just as kind as her husband. I will be forever grateful to Pip Printing for the kindness they showed out of town strangers during a very stressful time.

Like everyone else has said here, the owners are so nice and accommodating. Their customer service is A+, and the quality is great too. I keep going back to them for printing my minicomics for the past 3 or 4 years. These guys are fantastic!

Aside from being a fantastic and convenient location, PIP printing does a fabulous job!
I recently moved and needed new business cards for a networking event the next afternoon. Farrokh quickly processed my order and made sure to have them ready earlier than I needed in case something came up!

I called Scheherazade yesterday at 4p to request a last-​minute print run of a flyer for our two lost kitties. I’d been printing flyers on my on inkjet but the ink got low and one of the new replacement cartridges, the red one, had a leak, so the picture of the cats was smeared beyond recognition. Scheherazade dropped everything to print our run and I was able to pick it up and get back to the neighborhood within 20 minutes.

Needed my order within 24 hours. Farrokh was there to help. Placed my order the night before, Farrokh’s quote was comparable to VistaPrint with two day shipping. Farrokh called me at 1:30p the following afternoon to tell me that my order was ready. When I went in to pick my order up, everything was ready and looked great! Thank you! PIP Printing will be getting more business from me :)

After phoning around the mid-​Peninsula for price, had Scheherezade at PIP in Burlingame print 500 business cards. Her suggestions for a professional-​looking card were 100% right, and the price was excellent. The cards were even ready earlier than promised. Highly recommended.

Scheherezade is the best! Came in the AM needing 150 full color sketch books for a comic book convention (8.5“x5.5″ folded sketchbooks showing off artwork). To make things even more complicated, I had waited til last second, and needed all 150 books finished by end of the day. I was so happy that they came through with flying colors: D

Farrokh and Scheherezade are the sweetest people on the face of this planet. They treat every customer like family and bend over backward to get everything done in time. I had to print over 150 invitations at the last minute and Scheherezade worked with me to design them, even special-​ordering paper for me. I got compliments on the invitations from a lot of my guests. They were classy, fun, and in theme.
She also designed my personalized stationary in my school colors. They are so elegant, and the paper is excellent quality.
I’ve also had news clippings copied and framed there. They arranged the clipping artfully (It was spread over two pages) and I am so satisfied with the result. My little sister was on the front page and now we’ll have that memory forever.
I would recommend PIP to anyone who values quality and customer service.

After using a budget printer and getting much less than what I paid for I found PiP just a block away and Farrokh did a great job for us. We used him again for our next print job.

After being turned away from two different Kinkos, I stepped in here and inquired about printing three wine labels that I designed for a Christmas present. They completely understood my needs and even suggested what type paper would work best. I dropped off a jump drive with the files, went across the street for lunch and came back to find my order completed and ready to go.

I have to give the Burlingame PIP Printing five stars for their excellent customer service! We call, place an order… they come, pick up, get it done and bring it back. They have friendly, super efficient service and are always going out of their way for their client!
I can’t count the number of times my boss has needed tons of oversize copies on last minute notice — copied and returned the same day! They make it happen! They make copies as stress free as it gets. They also supply us with all of our letterhead needs and business cards. The prices are cheaper than going to Kinko’s and doing it myself!
Although, the company is based out of Burlingame, I believe they service the Peninsula in the neighboring towns. My job is in San Mateo, and they pick up/​drop off our orders all the time. I think they’re great!
