She’s one of THE best surgeons ever! She’s a surgical oncologist but does all other general surgeries as well. I had a lipoma on my shoulder and went to dr. dalal to check it out. she thoroughly explained to me including the minor procedure which can be done in the office. She has this way of making you feel soooo relaxed and just homey. Of course being me, i was extremely worried about the scar afterwards. Well let me tell you, she did a SUPERB JOB! she gave me one of those sutures where it’s not needed to be removed AND did an internal stitching so no sutures were visible! she gave me the cleanest cut ever and now it’s already fading away~ i love her! she’s super duper cool and trust me, she KNOWS what she’s doing! absolutely confident, smart, AND beautiful! come on, beauty AND brains??? LOVES IT!

Dr. Dalal is an excellent surgeon. I went to see her at her office in Burlingame with a concern about a large lipoma (fatty, benign tumor) on my hip. I asked to have the lipoma removed as an outpatient procedure. She was very understanding and accommodating regarding my desire not to have general anesthesia. Scheduling was easy and I had the procedure the following week. I was conscious during the surgery, with lidocaine as a painkiller. It all went very smoothly and Dr. Dalal was fantastic throughout the procedure. I am thrilled with the results. It’s like the lipoma was never there, except for a very fine line where she made the incision. The results far exceeded my expectations. The icing on the cake is her personality. Dr. Dalal is a highly trained surgeon with a very impressive resume, but there is not a hint of pretentiousness in her manner. She is approachable, nonjudgemental, and compassionate. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
