We have prepared plans and permit documentation for hundreds of projects in the Bay Area and beyond. We have been in business since 1982. We are both civil and structural engineers.
History
Established in 1982.
We have had offices on the Peninsula since 1982. We have designed office buildings, government buildings, industrial buildings, houses, aircraft control towers condominiums and a couple of buildings for land testing of submarine launched ICBM’s.
Most of our work now is residential remodeling and room additions. We used to be general contractors also, but now we are solely structural and civil engineers.
