Horrible experience! Let me start by saying how difficult it is to get an appointment. You have to make an appointment months in advance. That being said, I decided to make a list of concerns. I had about 5 different things I wanted to discuss with Dr. Kay. I started with my acne. I have been struggling with acne for a few years and needed help. I went to see Dr. Kay and he wanted to prescribe me something I did not want to take (heard a lot of bad side effects). I asked him if there was anything else or even a topical cream. He said there was not and argued with me about why I did not want to take the medication he was going to prescribe me. As soon as we had a difference of opinions he told me, and I quote, «I cannot help you.» There are millions of things out there for acne and you’re telling me theres nothing else you can prescribe?! I left it at that and moved on to other concerns on my list. He was in such a rush to get me out of the office. He started walking out the door before I even brought up all of my concerns. I only got to ask about 3 of 5 concerns. My other 2 issues, he basically told me I needed to deal with it. My experience made me realize that doctors don’t care much about their patients. They only care about that fat check they get after every visit.

Really friendly Doctor as is his staff!
