I like the store and the style of clothes and accessories, but the workers there are quite rude. They offered minimal help and mostly talked with one another.

Came in today to shop for a much needed gift for a friend. If I didn’t need a gift so soon I would have shopped else where. The customer service is horrible. The two girls working today stood at the cash register the entire time. They rather talk to each other than help the customers. Not once did they offer any assistance in shopping the store. Horrible customer service

I had my first experience shopping at this store and I have to say it was very nice. The staff is incredibly nice and non pushy. They will offer their help and if you simply say no thank you they let you do your thing. The jewelry selection is amazing and reasonably priced. I would much rather buy here than at forever 21. Over all this is a cute story and have to say this will be one of my favorite places to shop!

I really like the stuff in this store… the only problem is the customer service. Usually when I go here there are 2 ladies working. The younger lady is very friendly and helpful. The older lady with sort of blondish hair wasn’t so friendly which prevented me from having a better experience. Although I like the items in the store, I can’t stand crappy customer service so unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going there much anymore.

Just love the cute artsy collection of clothes and especially accessories. Wait for the sales and there will be bargains.
The colors are unique and patterns are limited so you will be buying limited pieces.
My teenagers love the accessories. just right for the teenage trend.
Drop by at least once a month.

There’s a good selection of jewelry and cute clothes here. If you want to get a cute little gift they have a ton of little items. Pretty girly.
I went in one evening, and it was actually a few minutes until closing. The manager was nice to let me continue browsing and try on the dresses I was interested in. This was perfect cause I ended up leaving with two dresses for around $ 40/​$ 50 each. Pretty happy with my purchase. I’ll be back!

I like the whimsical jewelry and accessories here and it’s a great place to browse and find gifts for friends. However, I have to agree with other posters who say they weren’t greeted or helped much here. I realize I look young for my age (not bragging, pros and cons to this in my industry) and I don’t dress to the nines when I’m shopping but what the sales people don’t know is I live in the neighborhood and have money I could used to patronize the store more if I was just acknowledged.
Interestingly, I don’t have this problem with many of the other stores on Burlingame Avenue.

This is a must stop when I’m in Burlingame. Their prices are reasonable and clothing material is great unlike Forever 21 or similar stores. Their jewelry selection is awesome. Lots of popping colors and statement pieces.
As for customer service, I’ve gotten both good and bad here. I come here pretty often and most of the time I’m greeted warmly and others not so much. It’s not so bad that it deters me from coming back

Very similar to the Hillsdale location. It’s a cute, small store and the sale sections are usually pretty good. I really like their chunky jewelry, but I also feel like some of the clothes could run a little old/​matronly.

I’ve spent many workdays skipping eating lunch, and instead browsing through racks and racks of cute clothes at Francessca’s.
I love that their store always highlights clothes and colors that are in season, so I don’t have too think too hard ;)
They have cute little accessories too! Earrings, rings, scarfs, purses, shoes, and most times you can find these items on sale =D
I deducted 1 star because of the service. Sometimes when I’m here, the workers don’t acknowledge me which makes me feel awkward ESP when other customers come in and get a warm greeting and asked if they need help a few times… while I stand there wondering if I recently was blessed with the gift of invisibility =\
Currently, I’m rocking a winter sweater that I purchased from Francesca’s, so I can’t be too mad at them. :)

Great place for gifts and accessories (earrings, purses, necklaces). They also have some cute clothes and bathing suit cover ups. Really cute, funky things at affordable prices. Good sales as well!

I love this place! I’ve browsed around a couple of times and they have the cutest purses, clothing and accessories. They even have pretty cute gift items that you can give to your friends or family. It’s awesome. I’ve came here 2 times to purchase 2 purses. Loveee it.

I have yet to find a boutique curated as well as those I frequent back home in Honolulu. Strange as it sounds, it is true. Francesca’s Collections is the next best thing.
I usually go to the Stonestown location, but decided to visit this one since it’s closer to home. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in — maybe because it was busy that day — and I shrugged it off. It was initially off-​putting, but hey, whatever. When I asked to use a dressing room, I was assisted promptly, and at check out, the girls seemed pleasant, if nothing else. No complaints there.
The clothes here are cute, mostly flirty and whimsical. They’re on top of all the latest trends without being excessive and are able to provide high quality product at affordable prices. They also have an extensive jewelry and bag collection that can literally take years to go through! I love that they have so many options.
The store can sometimes get busy, especially during the weekends, so if you’re looking to browse in peace, it may be safer to go on a weeknight or early in the morning.
This store definitely doesn’t fill the void left by the likes of Bamboo Sky or House of Aria, but it will certainly do for now. I will continue to be on the hunt for a boutique that addresses all my fashion needs!

You say shop local, I say go to Francescas! What a great place for you and the girlfriends to come to. Just look through everything for hours and end up trying to buy the store out. Do I really need a bright purple bag with gold attachments? Probably not, but for the prices they are charging you can’t afford to miss out on the unique assortment of goods this store has to offer. Did I mention how inexpensive things are? You normally expect to walk into small shops like this and fall over the sticker prices for a pair of earrings, no not here. Come here for style, unique items, price and always shop local!

Bestie and I always come here when we’re in Burlingame… and we always walk out with something.
Today I was in the mood to buy scarves and bought a pretty lightweight scarf for a resonable price. I love their accessories here; I purchased a turquoise necklace and am always on the lookout for more costume jewelry. The clothes here are cute and also well priced. Staff are friendly here and helpful and I’ve never had a problem with them.
Francesca’s is a cute little boutique that’s definitely worth a look if you’re in Burlingame.

As much as I want to like this place, their customer service is terrible.
Never have I been greeted by any of the girls, maybe only once who I think was the owner.
Cute stuff, but shame that they can’t give two seconds out of their busy texting and standing behind the register to say hello.
Go to Therapy instead, you’ll thank yourself later.

How cute is this place? I have walked by it a few times and have never walked in, until a few days ago. My friend told me she liked it and said it was like Therapy, but not as expensive. She was right. They have some really, and I mean really cute dresses and accessories. If I wasn’t trying to be good and save some money, I probably would have walked out of there with a ton of stuff. My friend was right though, their prices are reasonable, and doesn’t make you feel like you have to have a ton of money to be fashionable and trendy. The girls that were working were always talking to customers that came in, and seemed really inviting. If you are around the area definitely stop in, don’t wait so long like i did.

I am a Francesca’s fan, and have frequented their Danville location. I love the boutique feel without the boutique prices. This location is similar in set up and merchandise to their others. The girls there were sweet and friendly-​no issues there.
Originally I had went in to purchase a gift, which I found-​a cute journal for a friend. I literally could spend all day looking at their jewelry-​AND they were having a buy one get one 50% deal. Alas, my boyfriend was with me just frowning by the door, so I didn’t get to look at everything. I did score a cute peasant top for spring, which was well priced and unique.
I don’t get to frequent Francesca’s as often as I like, but when I do, always find something fun for myself or others.
Bonus star here because they giftwrap for you! It was an extra $ 1.50 for a gift bag, which is an awesome price. They provided a classy black and white patterned bag-​which, if it were given to me as a gift-​I wouldn’t even want to open it because it looks so nice!

Came in here the opening week and I continue to make frequent visits to view whats new in the shop. They offer cute day dresses and clothes at reasonable prices around $ 30 – 40 (that’s cheap when it comes to burlingame ave.) and really cute jewelry.
The sales associates are extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience going here. I need to stay away though cause i always fall in love with their items and i have an urge to buy. I always end up leaving the store with one item whether it be a necklace, a dress, or random trinket!

Oh no, my hard-​earned dollars and lunch breaks will now be spent at Francesca’s. Cute dresses at prices that don’t make me cringe in styles that I absolutely adore.
