I have had many of Meals from Chef Isaac …
I’m not a big Carb eater so he always will either tell me how to cook, but most of the time he will prepare the meals that I order. Very Healthy and the greatest combination of flavors ever !!
If you have a busy life and want awesome meals call Chef Isaac !

Chef Isaac ran a cooking class for my girlfriends and I in my home. Chef Isaac was amazing from start to finish! He offered great menu suggestions for our group (gluten-​free as well), purchased and brought all the ingredients and cleaned up after the class. We made flat iron steak with caramelized onions in his Chipotle Grill Slathers sauce, along with some side dishes… THE CHIPOTLE GRILL SLATHERS IS MOUTH WATERING! Chef Isaac showed us some very useful cooking and knife skills to put to good use in the future. It was a fantastic, easy-​going evening with Chef Isaac and a great way to brush up on our kitchen skills in a comfortable setting! Bön Appetite!

I’m from Tennessee and I miss my home cooking. Having his pulled pork brought me back home for a few scrumprtious moments as I readily wolfed the whole dish down. Bravo Sir!!! Cook On!!!

I recently enjoyed Isaac’s carnitas, pork al pastor, and pollo asado. They are all awesome! His Chipotle sauce as always, is the icing on the cake and the fresh guacamole is delicious. Thanks for yet another great meal!

Isaac is friendly and easy to work with in your own kitchen at home. He taught my husband to cook his favorite Italian dish — Spicy Cajun Seafood with Fresh Fettuccine, along with Chanterelle Mushrooms Bruschetta and a side of Fresh Mozarella and Heirloom Tomatoes. The entire house was filled with tantalizing aromas of savoring Italian seasonings. It was such a nice treat and we enjoyed a delicious meal! I highly recommend Isaac, his style is simple to follow and we are looking forward to his next cooking session of our choice!

I took a wonderful class with Isaac yesterday evening. He came to my place in San Francisco and taught me and two of my young professional friends knife and essential skills for a great price (much cheaper given all that we did than several cooking schools I research online). Not only did we make a healthy and super tasty chicken salad with pearl couscous, he also showed us how to make a simple mozzarella appetizer.
Isaac was patient with us the whole time and answered all the questions we threw at him. He brought all the food and knives. We supplied the cookware and plates. I would highly recommend this to anyone and very interested in taking another class with him soon!

I was fortunate enough to be on the receiving end of two of Chef Isaac’s meals. My first was juicy BBQ chicken smoked in an enormous smoker. A BBQ sauce of Chef Isaac’s infused with blueberries and just enough spice. The smoky flavor of the chicken, combined with the BBQ sauce and a mild chipotle sauce to mellow the spice, should need be, gave me my first taste of chicken made in a smoker. The chicken was accompanied with vegetables also smoked. The acorn squash was wonderfully cooked, not mushy at all.
Luckily for me, my second Chef Isaac meal were smoked ribs. Besides being the largest ribs I have seen, they had just the right balance of smoke and spice. Along with cornbread, coleslaw and macaroni salad, I can’t think of a better way to have a BBQ!
Chef Isaac’s smoker travels and I could see him making many outdoor parties memorable. I am definitely a fan of meat cooked in a smoker! The fragrance itself while cooking is enough to make you drool.

I had a cooking class with Chef Isaac in my home. We made an amazing dinner — beef wellington with a wine pan sauce, green beans and mashed potatoes. His style is friendly and approachable, he is very knowledgable and he gave me lots of information to make cooking these dishes seem very simple. Had some friends over for dinner after and they liked the food too. I recommend his class to anybody that wants to learn in their own kitchen with their own equipment.
