History

Established in 2000.

Jeanette Cook started her career in 1994, originating mortgage loans for San Mateo County brokerages and banks. As she continued her education, becoming a D.R.E. licensed broker, her business grew.

It eventually came to be that her first time home-​buyers began urging her, not only with establishing their mortgage financing, but also with representing them with their real estate purchase documentation.

Thanks to the loving nudges from a young family now living in South San Francisco, Jeanette followed their lead, satisfied their requests, and helped them get into their very first, beautiful home.

Many years, offices, agents and staff, later, Jeanette is working solely for herself once again.

She enjoys working with a miriad of real estate sales clientele, especially nice folks, giving them her undivided attention.

Now she is in greater demand to concentrate her efforts on intricate estate, probate, and multi-​unit sales transactions.
