Dr. Lee is a great orthodontist! She is very efficient and informative. She also likes to talk story so you never feel bored. Cindy is also a superstar. Once I forgot to go to my appointment and she mailed me my Invisalign braces right before I went on my month-​long trip. I definitely recommend this place!

Dr. April Lee is wonderful! I’m halfway done with my invisalign treatment and my teeth are looking pretty great! She’s professional and pleasant! Her office is modern and she has all the latest high tech equipment. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. April Lee’s office to anyone who’s looking for an orthodontist. Dr. Lee and her staff were very friendly, warm, and knowledgable in what they do. During the consultation, Dr. Lee took some photos and did an exam of my teeth before she sat me down to go over the treatment plan with me. The consultation was informative, and I could tell Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgable and kept up to date with the latest technology in her field as she answered every single question I had for her and explained everything in detail. I like the fact that she talked to me as if I was one of her friends and family and made me feel at ease. Nowadays, it’s very hard to come across a doctor who genuinely cares about her patient. So I’m sold! I decided to start my treatment (Invisalign) with Dr. Lee immediately after my consult.

Dr April Lee is the best orthodontist! I’m in the dental field and I am super obsessed with my teeth. Thankfully I trusted Dr Lee to straighten my teeth. I love my smile and I get comments all the time about my teeth. Dr Lee listened to all my concerns about my teeth and addressed them patiently. Even though I went in for a consultation only, April took the time to evaluate my teeth and cleared up everything I had concerns with. I was lucky enough to escape childhood without needing braces, but I began biting my lower lip repeatedly in the same spot with a snaggled tooth that had developed over many many years. It was then that I reluctantly started looking into orthodontia options to remedy the situation. I visited Dr. Lee for a consultation and was warmly greeted by Cindy at the office, which was really comfortable and very modern. Dr. Lee was super nice and extremely informative. She listened to all of my concerns and walked me through a few treatment options that would meet my needs and concerns. Dr. Lee showed me «before and after» shots of similar procedures she performed and the results were really impressive. She informed me of the pros and cons for each treatment optoin and answered all of my questions. Best of all, I never felt pressured into any commitments.
After some thought, I decided to go with Dr. Lee and opted for Invisalign instead of traditional braces. I am happy to report I am half-​way through my treatment plan and the results have been very positive. In addition to straightening my crowding teeth, she was even able to correct my bite and relieve some tension in my jaw. My smile and lower lip owe many thanks to Dr. Lee!

Dr. April Lee is really awesome. She took time out of her day to look at my teeth and give me a second opinion on work i had done at my regular dentist, without an appointment. In a matter of a few minutes, she confirmed that they had done great work, which tells me she is a dentist with integrity who isn’t just trying to drum up business for herself. Aside from that, she makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. She’s done over 500 Invisalign treatments so she is a pro both in the treatments and in dealing with her patients.

Dr. Lee and Cindy are very friendly, professional and full of knowledge. From the minute I inquired about vivera until I received my retainers, the lines of communication and customer service have been outstanding. Dr. Lee delivers her knowledge in a very nice way, I was debating between doing another round of invisalign or going straight to vivera. She supported me no matter what. I highly recommend Dr. Lee. She has an awesome rapport with kids. My son’s experience of getting his braces was painless and she can accommodate you any day/​time if you need to go back and get your braces fixed. Her staff, Cindy is also thorough and detail oriented.

Dr. April Lee is excellent! She has given us the same consistant excellence from day one. She is very engaging and informative with my son and keeps us both updated of the estimated time the braces are coming off. She makes us feel comfortable and at ease at every appointment, I know I am in great hands. She is willing to make herself available for any emergency! It takes A LOT for teens to give a compliment, but in my sons words, «Dr. Lee is the real MVP for coming in to see me for this!»
Her new practice is elegant and trendy (like her). Having a state of the art digital panoramic machine inside her office is a plus which would avoid us having to truck anywhere else for updated xrays. Dr. Lee is an incredibly talented, caring, and professional orthodontist. If you are contemplating Invisalign, she’s the first person I recommend you consider for your treatment.
When my dentist first suggested I consider orthodontic treatment to correct my bite, I was skeptical and highly reluctant. I spent over a year debating whether or not I should actually go ahead with the treatment. A friend suggested that I consult with Dr. Lee before making a decision. During that first visit, Dr. Lee was very understanding of my hesitations and thoughtful in how she described the long-​term benefits of Invisalign.
A year later, my teeth look fantastic and I’m so glad that I chose to work with Dr. Lee.
In particular, I appreciate that Dr. Lee was accurate in her expectation setting around how long the treatment would take. Several friends (who did their treatments with different orthodontists) were originally told their treatment would take x amount of time, when in fact it took considerably longer (6+ months longer). This was not the case with Dr. Lee. She accurately predicted how long the treatment would take and the results are stunning!

I recently changed dentist’ from a pediatric dentist located in SM to Dr. Lee’s office for my daughter. I was never happy at this dentist office and was apprehensive about changing to a new dentist. I am so very happy I did. Dr. Lee is wonderful. She is fun and patient. She is fabulous with children. My daughter loves her. She is well educated and her assistant, Cindy explains everything in detail regarding payments and will follow up with you per your request regarding appointments and payment information. They are both friendly and efficient with what they provide. I highly recommend Dr. Lee’s office.

Words aren’t enough to describe Dr. Lee’s professionalism. She is by far the most talented, skilled and caring orthodontist I’ve ever consulted. For years I’ve been debating whether to get braces or Invisalign but every orthodontist I visited made me even more confused. When I visited Dr. Lee, she laid out all pros and cons and gave me an honest, unbiased opinion on what I needed, what would get results and answered every question (even the silly ones) I had and helped clear any doubt I had. BTW, getting braces or Invisalign is not just for a better smile, I learned so much from Dr. Lee on the advantages of having a well functioning/​well placed set of teeth =D
Luckily for me, I do not need braces and Invisalign will suffice. Hooray!!! Because I don’t know if I can ever give up skittles.

After 30 yrs of adult life, I ask why I would want to straighten my crowded & crooked teeth now when I didn’t have them taken care of while in my teens? This question plagued me for years. Braces, or Invisalign? What’s Invisalign? I did not hear about it in the 70s when all my friends were getting braces! Where would I need to go to have all this work done in my mouth? Having teeth extracted to accommodate «braces» did not appeal to me; I cannot afford to lose more teeth now at my age (51 y.o.); I enjoy eating, and I’m going to need to hang on to every tooth I have left. My problem is having a mouth that is small with crowded teeth, especially in the front upper & lower. Dr. Lee informed me that my teeth are going to crowd more in the front as I age. «What!» (I did not know aging adults would face further crowding in front as the jaw narrows). This was all new to me. didn’t know of this before… so it dawned on me– already crowed teeth in front going to get worst … comes with aging! Now I get it. I’m glad Dr. Lee took some time to EDUCATE me on this one.
My case has another wrench in the works — I am also seeing an implant surgeon/​specialist. Do I have the implant done now, or later (after I get my teeth straightened out)? Another concern, another question for Dr. Lee!
Well, it was a good thing I found and consulted with Dr. April Lee. After two office visits/​occasions to Burlingame Smile Studio, I look forward to having Invisalign done. This morning, Dr. Lee presented to me the 3D illustrated «before and after results»; the modeling showed in 3D what my «existing condition» looks like and what my «future condition» will look like in 18 months. It was one «WOW» of an experience. I couldn’t help but smile. I am going to be happy with my teeth when they’re all relocated in the right position. finally! She had foresight to consult with my implant specialist to help factor the timing for my future implant to be scheduled while I’d be undergoing treatment with Invisalign. This was good. She had all my questions addressed before I walked in this morning. No sinus lift, no bone graft for my future implant if I scheduled my Invisalign treatment in time. I was impressed with Dr. April Lee’s attention to providing me with the right combination of care, service, and professionalism. I know I can make good informed decisions knowing she’s treated hundreds of cases before, and she can speak from experience about which approach would work, or not work for my teeth and for my smile.
I do not go on Unilocal to write reviews typically given the nature of my job (Construction/​Contracting Industry), but because of the quality of care, listening, and understanding I received from Dr. April Lee, I am taking the time to do so. She took the time to educate me with all my questions about teeth. Dr. April Lee and her front desk assistant took good care of my concerns, and countless questions during consultation. Dr. April Lee will be taking care of my 7^th grade son with Invisalign as well.
