After tirelessly planning a long trip overseas my only snag was our family fav Oscar. We were lucky enough to have him stay with Audrey. He was in a loving home and we enjoyed every minute knowing he was in the best hands. She was able to help us even when our timing was changed with a flight delay… great to have someone communicating and online. We also received many video and photo updates… made us so happy all those miles away. Happy to be a recommendation of this animal loving gal! Thank you (from Oscar).

We left our Oscar with Audrey a few times. She is such a great host, very attentive and has loving passion for dogs. Her house is pet friendly and comfy for doggies
to play and also has a nice setting outside, backyard.
While our Oscar was in her care we were getting daily updates, photos and videos
on his activities. We loved it so much and we knew that our baby is well taken care of.
When we bring Oscar to Audrey’s hi jumps out of the car and run up stairs straight to her front door. She has 3 small dogs of her own and Oscar likes to play with them.
We are so grateful that we found Audrey, we trust her totally with our Oscar, She is very reliable, trustworthy and we definitely will use her service again.

In the past, we would board our cat with another business that offered this type of service. After returning home from a short trip, we were really worried about her. She was visibly distressed & not her usual calm self. She smelled like a kennel and it took days before she returned to her normal self. We felt horrible about taking her out of her comfortable surroundings and vowed we wouldn’t put her through it again. During the holidays, we planned to visit family out of state. I contacted Audrey, fearing I may be too late to make arrangements during this busy time. Audrey, responded to my inquiry very quickly and was more than happy to offer her pet sitting services for our cat. After providing very detailed & thorough information about our cat, her needs & her routine, I met with Mark & Susan (in person) to go over everything before our trip. What a lovely couple! Our cat immediately bonded with them both! They took excellent care of her during our travels, sending photos & updates of their daily visits. When we returned home, our cat was completely content & happy to see us! What a difference from the previous trip!
Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to used the service again. As Mark & Susan were unavailable, we had the chance to have Kaity take care of our cat. She too was an excellent sitter! We communicated regularly over text and she also provided daily updates during her visits. Once again, it was wonderful to return home to a happy cat!

Caring, attentive and accommodating! I was visiting my sister in San Mateo and decided to do a last minute weekend trip but needed someone to watch our two chihuahuas. Burlingame pet sitting was recommended to me by another pet sitting company who could not accommodate our dates! Thank goodness because Ryoko was wonderful for our girls. She was thorough during our consultation and got to meet our dogs. While I was away, Ryoko kept in contact via email and video clips of each dog — so cute! I would highly recommend Ryoko and Burlingame pet sitting to any dog lover!

The daily video updates are great and I no longer feel guilty leaving Cosmo and Simone alone when I leave knowing Audrey will be there to look after them. Audrey is such a great pet sitter. We just moved to the area and were nervous to replace our past cat sitter who we trusted and our cats loved. She was so easy going when we met her, and the cats took to her right away. The first time we were away, I forgot to leave payment for her pet sitting services, and she was reasonable and cool about it. She sent the funniest pictures and videos of our crazy kitties and updated us regularly – a real peace of mind when we are traveling. I absolutely recommend her.

I have known Audrey for about 8 months. My dog Daphne, a Jack Russell Terrier, loves her. Daphne does not love everyone and is used to being in control.
Audrey is the first dog sitter that came for an interview with a contract, proof of insurance and a police clearance! She also took notes on the dog’s health, veterinarian and any other need to know issues. Her professionalism impressed me and I hired her. After so many months helping me out with even last minute notice, she has become a friend. Nice to know that my dog is in great hands and a caring sitter. I highly recommend her to anyone who cares about their pets.

Audrey is great with our dogs, Penny and Drucilla, and is professional, reliable and trustworthy. She did some leash work with our older dog and newer puppy (a challenging combo!) to get them into a healthy walking routine, and we appreciate her help getting them out and about when we can’t. We also enjoy the pictures or videos that Audrey texts regularly.

I had been looking for a dog walker for awhile, and finally found Audrey through a referral, and I’m glad I did! She first came over for an intial consulation to make sure my dog got along with her… it’s nice to know that she won’t just take anyone’s money if it’s not going to be a good fit, like some of the bigger dog walking companies. Also, it’s always her that comes for my dog, so I have the peace of mind knowing it’s not going to be a random stranger going inside my house (again, another issue with bigger companies who contract the walks out to whomever’s available). I can usually get same day walks when I have to be out longer than I thought — I just shoot her a text, and she responds right away. Super simple. Plus, I really like that she sends me pictures of my dog on the walk!

Sheena and Savannah were born feral and usually shy away from anyone new. When Audrey stopped by for her consultation, they both came right out and met her! I knew right then that I was leaving them in good hands and had my first truly relaxing vacation (and another one since then). Audrey sends updates with pictures or videos which I think is a nice touch. She’s also patient and understanding when the girls are feeling shy. I look forward to traveling more often and having Burlingame Pet Sitting take care of my girls.
