This is only my second Unilocal review ever. Since I (again) received such wonderful service from Andrew and his staff at AIM, I wanted to share my experience with others.
I first worked with Andrew in 2009 – 2010 when he was the general manager at another construction company. We did a year-​long whole house remodel that Andrew and the onsite project manger oversaw from day one. They were both flexible, punctual, reliable, accommodating, easily reachable and quick to respond. They were also realistic about what was doable or not and worked with me and my budget every step of the way. The project was delayed several times due to multiple reasons, but Andrew and his crew remained patient and professional every step throughout.
Earlier this year, I did not hesitate to contact Andrew again when we had a small remodel needed. When I called him, I learned he had left the other construction company and started his own business. Even though his current company’s projects were mostly large-​scale, he did not hesitate to give me a quote for my tiny project. I received other lower quotes, but ultimately decided to work with Andrew again since I felt comfortable with his work. And he again did not disappoint. After the project was finally done (albeit later than anticipated – but which construction projects aren’t?), I discovered a few weeks later that there was one more thing that was overlooked and not completed. I contacted Andrew, and he immediately sent his foreman on the date and time I had requested and took care of the problem in 20 minutes. What service! I won’t hesitate to work with Andrew and his company again for future projects, big or small.

I usually don’t write a Unilocal review for any specific business or services. However, AIMConsolutions is exception that I must recommend anyone looking for a reliable and honest General Contractor.
When you think about Contractor in general, the first thing on your mind are nightmare, fear, delay, and frustration. Andrew entire crew was professional, amazing and quality. If I tell you there is nothing went wrong with my project I will be lying to you. However, Andrew has ability to take an uncover/​hidden issues and turn into an opportunity to resolve in a professional way. He always take care those issues to our satisfaction. He never make me have to find him or know where he is. Instead, he always follow through and let me know how thing went if I am in my business travel or busy at work. He will not over promise, but if he did promise something he will always deliver. I can really trust him on that.
We have to move to an apartment during the whole remodel project. I told Andrew it’s important for us to finish on time, because we are on really tight budget. As we got closer to the finishing date, he took it in stride and sped up the process to make sure our family can live at our new place within a reasonable amount of time. He made sure all the little details were taken care of before we moved in. I really appreciated Andrew for that.
We LOVE working with AIMConsolutions and his entire staffs. Their work is amazing and detail. If you are looking for professional, frustration free for your next remodel/​new contraction project. I highly recommend you give AIMConsolutions a call, because I will defiantly use Andrew again anytime in my next project.
