I should’ve went home to eat. Very disappointed. Bitter coffee, black burnt something on my pancakes that were chewy already. Biscuits that were hard. I’ll not come back here. Service was ok. Keep driving.

This place has gone from bad to worse! It’s unbelievable and almost comical. I can’t believe that we keep giving it «one more try»! For about the last 8 — 10 times we’ve been, they have been out of at least 2 — 3 items we attempt to order, and it isn’t even peak lunch or dinner time — it’s before peak time! The main problem has been that they don’t even bother to tell us that they’re out of the items until they are delivering the other food that they do have available. POORMANAGEMENT to the extreme. I’m not sure we will try again. I don’t know if this is just this location or not, but I don’t see this place staying in business much longer if they don’t get a handle on this.

Met a friend tonight around 7:30 pm. We were seated immediately and greeted by the friendliest serve of all times, Kelly. Coffee was strong and refills timely and plentiful and ice tea never empty. I was trying to decide between the buttermilk oven-fried chicken and the Sunday special of regular fried chicken, but they were out of the first one. I opted for the Sunday special, two boneless breasts, fried with two sides. I picked macaroni and cheese and a salad. Salad came and was lettuce, two grape tomatoes and two slices of cucumber, with ranch dressing. Nothing bad, just your standard salad. Kelly returned to, our table and told me they were out of the Sunday chicken, so I opted for a cheeseburger, medium rare. Kelly came back again, saying they won’t cook it below medium, so medium it was. Burger came out and was quite medium, with a little pink in the middle, so that was fine. The bun tasted stale and the top and bottom started flaking off. For almost $ 12 with my coffee, it was meh! Friend just ordered dessert and she had the baked apple dumplings, served with two scoops of vanilla ice cream. She made it ½ way through, then cried uncle. She thought it was yummy and boxed up th leftovers. Without the super friendly, professional service provided by Kelly, this would have been a serious one-star, never go back dining occasion. Not sure why the quality of the food has slipped so much, but it doesn’t bode well for future success. Thanks Kelly! You made the difference!

It’s Cracker Barrel. What’s not to love. Good food and a cute little shop. This location had great customer service. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and the food was made quickly. I will definitely be back to this location.

Every time I come to town to visit family, I always come to Cracker Barrel! I love this place. The food is delicious and I always order the Old Timers Breakfast. I like that they serve breakfast all day and they’re store is so cute to shop in. I would recommend this place to everyone.

While traveling from California, I ALWAYS make a stop at this Cracker Barrel! Love it so much here. The food is always amazing, the biscuits and gravy and turkey sausage are always the go to. I love the country store as you come in, and being able to play checkers while you wait for your food. It is true southern home cooking!

Just the plain olé standard chain restaurant food. Good for a stop on the road. Don’t know why it takes so long to get the food after it is ordered.

*dine in, don’t take out!* This Cracker Barrel is a memory place for me, it’s one of the few restaurants my grandmother(rip) and I frequented when she was still with us. But I am giving a 2 instead of 5 because the take out is absolutely terrible. Every time I get chicken and dumplings(if you know CB you know C&D is always ready) they tell me 5 – 15 min. After the allowed time told to me it is usually 20+ before I get my food. At least the last 4 times I have had to go to the kitchen and ask someone for my order. Mind you I ask multiple employees about my food every 5 – 10 min or so after I pay. I have even talked to the manager about this yet it still happens. By the time I get my food, after waiting 30 min in the store, it’s cold and I wasted a lot of time waiting while my food sat there in plain site. So in short DONTORDERTAKEOUT on the other hand if you dine in they are usually pretty good at being tentative to your needs.

We always leave the store with old fashioned sweets, but come primarily for the comfort food. As before, we have been very pleased with a variety of items on the menu, but management does have one problem area. I am a chicken & dumplings kind of guy and when I am served undercooked dumplings that appear embedded in paste, I am very disappointed.

I have been to several Cracker Barrel’s all over the U.S. This is one of the worst. The bathrooms were dirty and not a single stitch of toiletries! The service was ok. The food was typical fair.

Fast friendly service they always have great specials going on and I believe they serve breakfast all day, I love the grilled chicken tenders the Mac and cheese and pretty much the whole menu. I really like the old fashion feel and the gift shop has tons of treasures!

Took my 85 year old mother for lunch the day after Mothers Day. We arrived at 12:30 and was seated quickly. After placing order of chicken fry chicken with white gravy on side, I was told there was only brown gravy. I was served a chicken fry chicken that had a hard crust, brown gravy with onions on top, soggy fried okra, and mushy mushy carrots. I would have gotten up and left hadn’t been for my Mother’s need to eat! I’ve eaten here before and at others and the food was great! Where was management? I’ve been in the food industry!!! Come On! No White Gravy! And you serve breakfast all day! I’ll void this Cracker Barrel!!!

The service was so horrible I created a «Yelp» account JUST so I could reveiw this restaurant. We saw the waitress twice during our visit(someone else delivered the food); once for her to take our order and again when she slapped the bill on our table(when she did this she didnt even turn her body towards us and look at us). My food was barely warm and my veggies were under cooked, fortunately for the staff no one visited our table for me to tell them what I thought about this. Price is ok, you get what you pay for. Bill was low due to the fact I saw no need tip a waitress we only saw twice during the meal. P. S. Bring back the beef stew. That stew was the only reason I visited and put up with the horrid service and lukewarm, limp, undercooked, soggy food.

2 stars only because the good is always great, but the service is horrible. I have been there about 5 times in the last few months(my kids love the pancakes), and we have yet to have good service. Last time we were in the waitress never refilled any of our drinks, there was a problem with or good and I had to go hunt her down to get her attention. I complained to the manager and he said ‘sorry’. Didn’t seem very concerned. Maybe another location would be better!

this particular cracker barrel is conveniently located off of the highway. getting back on is not so much… came here for lunch today and surprisingly it wasn’t busy. why was i surprised? i’m not sure. no one seems to be in a rush here, probably because most of the diners are retired and are in no rush to get anywhere? they have lunch specials here, which is why i chose to eat here. they have daily lunch specials of 5.99. today’s feature was a baked chicken breast with stuffing and one side of your choice. the breast was bone in and skin on. i always thought that when chicken was cooked like this the chicken keeps its moisture, not true. the breast was a little to dry for me. the stuffing on the other had was pretty good. nice and moist and fit for thanksgiving day service. the side i chose was turnip greens. i probably won’t be ordering that again. that was my first time eating turnip greens so i’m not sure if that’s what it’s supposed to taste like but i didn’t like it. your meal also comes with a plate of biscuits and cornbread. also, breakfast is served all day, if you’re into that sort of thing.

I was out running errands today on the south side of Fort Worth and decided to stop into Cracker Barrel for lunch. What a deal! Tuesday’s lunch special was meatloaf, mashed potatoes and one side for $ 5.99. Now you can’t beat that price anywhere. The meatloaf, mashed potatoes and fried okra(my side of choice) was wonderful. It was the perfect portion size for lunch. Caron, my server, took excellent care of me. Thank you Cracker Barrel for a nice relaxing and delicious lunch.

We had the traditional Thanksgiving meal and it was wonderful! Turkey, ham, dressing, and cranberry sauce came with it and we got to add two sides. A drink and dessert also came with it. The service was great as well.

This is the Cracker Barrel I frequent the most often. The people are friendly and the food is consistently good. The store is full of cute stuff that my wife loves. The only thing lacking, for me at least, is wifi. If it had that, I could so see this as my newest place to get away and study.
