Desk girls are rude always!
So I went in to see a doctor for a small patch on my arm that looked like ringworm, since it was going to be a month to get in with my dermatologist I just went here. The doctor diagnosed me with derma skin contact. I was telling him it was ring worm and he insisted that it wasn’t. Than he proceeded to tell me to purchase over the counter medication creams for skin that’s irritated by every day stuff. The next day my ring worm was even worse and bigger. Went a whole month using over the counter ring worm cream that didn’t help until I could see my dermatologist which is right by this place and only cost me my 20% copayment. Here at the urgent care it cost me $ 50. Dollars for some stupid doctor to give me a wrong diagnoses, and charge of $ 50 dollars to waste my time! When I got to my dermatologist appointment, Dr. Pham…said oh wow! You got ring worm bad. Don’t waste your time and money here, because you will leave with a bill and wrong diagnoses, just having to make another appointment with another doctor and spend more money. How hard is it to diagnose ring worm? I’m not even a doctor and knew what I had!

Absolutely the worst
This facility is completely under staffed
The staff seems overwhelmed
Wait times are averaging between two and a half hours to three and a half hours
With the growing competition in the Burleson area.
When you consider new facilities such as HCA plaza emergency clinic and the addition of the Baylor emergency clinic you would think that Concentra would be highly focused on their customer service.
So the following questions must be asked ?
In regards to customer service is Concentra
Failing to plan? or
Planning to fail?
