Rooms are clean, beds extremely uncomfortable, pillows flat, room temp was no in between, it was either hot or cold. Even when thermostat said 63 and it was hot. Breakfast not warm and we went during 830 and it was open to serve till 930. Servers slow to refill empty containers. Muffins were limited and dry. Saw several people get the muffins, bite into them, frown or spit them out and leave on plate. Ran out of hot water. Noisy room, heard trains, people talking, yelling, and slamming doors all night long. Shower curtain rod loose.

Our room was gross, some towels had stains on them, and the bed sheet had hole in them. Also i got bitten by some bug, it seems awfully a lot like bedbug bites. One good thing was that the room was spacious, but definitely not hygienic. Would never ever stay in this hotel again.

Storm knocked out our power and it is too damn hot to sleep, so we came here. Big room, offering government discounts, for the price we are very happy and cool! Now, I can sleep and pray our effin power comes back on soon! This hotel has an indoor pool, LARGE rooms, free wifi. Rooms have couches too. Microwaves and fridges, pretty nice. Friendly staff.

I think this is a great place to stay, especially for the price! We have stayed here twice, and the room, along with the rest of the hotel, has always been very clean. Our rooms have been very spacious as well. The team members who we have ever dealt with have been more than accommodating and friendly. The FREE breakfast is just enough when you’re in a hurry to head out, and I think there’s a decent selection, no matter what you’re in the mood to eat — it’s always fully stocked and hot/cold. We typically stay here when we have something going on in Dallas, and it’s so worth the short commute up and over.

This is my absolute favorite hotel to stay at when I am in town. I have tried«comfort suites» and also«burleson hotel» but this one in my opinion is the best and has the most reasonable prices. The room we stayed at is always clean and the front desk people are also very nice and attentive. They also have good breakfast in the morning plus a great view in certain rooms that you stay in. The room also have a microwave and refrigerator unlike other places. Overall, it is a great place to stay at for a reasonable price. Definitely reserve it before you come because they tends to get book easily.

Nice hotel. Easy to get to and very clean. Super cheap on Priceline also. I would definitely stay here again.

Our hotel of choice is Best Western. With only one exception, we have never been disappointed. This is a Best Western Plus property. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast had a wide variety if things to eat. While the ollllllllllllld lady attendant for the breakfast could have been a lot friendlier, she did the job. We have stayed here before, and will continue to do so whenever in the area.

A good place to rest your head for the night and nothing more. They have free breakfast, but just pony up and go to Waffle House or something. Other than that, expect a mediocre, nondescript hotel.

Took advantage of a young adults naivety. After our Son called to cancel a reservation he had made, the employee failed to give him the cancellation number. Then they charged the $ 80.00 to his debit card for a no-show, and refused to credit it back. Priya Patel is the General Manager and was totally un-sympathetic to our Sons inexperience with hotels. We will scream from the hilltops not to patronize this establishment. We are residents of Burleson also. Anything for the money I guess with this Hotel.

Stayed here over Christmas. Nice people, clean and safe rooms, good breakfast, and south of DFW hotel taxes. If you don’t mind a bit of a drive into Fort Worth, this place is a bargain!

I stayed here for 3 weeks back in December 2011 and it was a pleasant experience. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi /Ethernet internet access was reliable and a great bonus for this property. Another positive was the staff who greeted me each day and made sure I was enjoying myself. Each morning there is also a free breakfast that is pretty similar to most other hotel breakfast offerings.
