Bahama Bucks

Love bahama bucks… i frequent two diff locations. I feel like this location uses toooo much juice. Its is ver watered down and as they pass it to my var it usually spills out a little bit. When I ask for less juice it is so scarce i can no longer taste it. I keep going hoping to find a happy medium!!!

Love this place!!! Awesome flavors and good service. The spoons change colors with the temp and they make sno balls to throw at a party. So fun!

Finally got my card filled thought I might have better luck going inside since my order has been wrong several times to where I gave up asking for a small amount of cocounut — half the time they forgot my strawberry; everytime I get one it’s different — some are good some was inedible — the avalanche birthday cake with tropic cream and some strawberry left me with only the taste of tropic cream half way home I stopped eating it threw over half of it away, my first time asking for cream it was drowned didn’t look like a snowcone after a few bites the strawberry and birthday cake flavor was gone all I had left was a tropic cream slush– I’ve always thought cream would be light not heavy like any other place it ruined my snowcone that I waited all week for — I couldn’t taste any strawberry was very dissapointed after spending over 40 $ on snowcones to get all my points left with my avalanche being a utter dissapointment. Truly sad there’s not more consistacy– if it was for the sugar sprinkles and birthday cake I probably wouldn’t come back– my profile pic was the best one that was what I asked for

Can’t disagree with the other posters, you are likely to wait during the busy times. The broad range of favors is astounding. The young staff has always been polite, but it can take a while to get the order filled and they have made small errors with our orders when they are slammed but always fix it for us.

Love the snow cones from Bahama Bucks, for Smoothies I’d recommend driving down to Smoothie King instead. The major complaint with this location is the wait, it takes FOREVER even when there’s nobody in front of you to get your order. I’ve been to other locations and the wait hasn’t been an issue.

My kids and I love this place. They have the best sno cones around and have such friendly staff. My only complaint is that the line is always long but I’ll take that any day because my order is never wrong.

This place has great snow cones, but the service SUCKS! I have been here multiple times, each hoping to give another chance, but no matter what, always ends up terribly. There never seems to be a manager, it’s all a bunch teenagers goofing around, not working. Just recently, there were people in front of us, the girl on the register took their order, and then left when they were done, proceeded to gossip with her friend instead of taking our order. Then looked over at us, and continued talking! Once finally get our ordered taken, there were three people behind the bar, only one of them working. What is the point!!!

We have been to this location three times, trying to give them multiple chances. The wait is RIDICULOUS. The first time we went, there was no manager, one person working while the other three stood around then started throwing snow balls at each other rather than working. I will never be back to this place once the regular snow cones open back up.

Can’t go wrong with a sno cone in Texas but if I have to wait 10 or more minutes in the drive thru after I have paid again, I will not return to Bahama Bucks.

This is a west Texas staple centered around snow cones that are made of what is very close to real snow — some of the best shaved ice I’ve ever had. They also will blend it with Blue Bell ice cream, fruit, and of course syrups of all kinds. Do yourself a favor and drop by.
